Can I just say that it's heartbreaking when someone you used to be so close with, one of your childhood best friends and someone you considered as a sister suddenly becomes someone you hardly speak with. Especially when they are having big life changes that normally you would probably be a part of... but now you only find out about it through a picture they've posted as their FB profile pic. cry

Don't get me wrong. I'm happy she was able to find happiness again and find someone she can spend forever with when her time with her first husband (a dear friend) was cut short due to an unexpected early passing.

I have a few hours to myself until our new evening receptionist comes back for more training. It's so hard to know what to teach her when evening tasks are so different from daytime ones. Like I'm still indicating what to do should she have to cover a daytime shift but... *shrugs* I don't know.

And I felt like yesterday so hard to do my usual training because I had three different residents give me attitude throughout the day... and I was helping set up the showing of the recorded award ceremony for the residents too in the afternoon, so I was having to step away from the Front Desk for that. So... she ended up getting a solo period at the Desk sooner than I would have planned on doing. sweatdrop
