And I have a resident that wants to talk with the Med Aid and the Med Aid keeps telling me "I'll be there shortly" and... well, I still have not seen them come by. It's really quite annoying because I'm the one that's going to get the brunt of the resident's frustration if they have to keep waiting. And I'm getting tired of having to constantly call over the radio to ask "Where are you?"
