The training of our new receptionist has been going well. She seems to have learned everything quite well. Occasionally gets a bit overwhelmed but that's understandable being new to the position. I didn't have to "pick up the pieces" after the two days she covered the Front Desk on her own, which was nice. And I haven't heard the residents make any complaints, so... that's good.

Ugh. I'm getting quite annoyed with one of our residents. He keeps just randomly coming up to the Front Desk, just to lean against it for no reason. Like... please, go away. If you don't need any assistance, I would like you to go find something else to do.
