Well... it's been awhile, hasn't it?
Been busy training our new receptionist ((she's technically a former employee who's returned, except she used to be a caregiver back then)), so didn't have time to come around here for awhile. An awkward situation I have to say regarding this new receptionist business. Like my current co-receptionist knows her performance hasn't been ideal and our boss has offered her the chance to either return to her former housekeeper position or give server a try... but I still haven't received word on whether she's going to do either of those or just leave completely when we finally make the transition. So... yeah... it's been weird.

I think it was a bit weird for me too because a part of me is going "Did I not train her as well as I thought?" or "Did my training get messed up by contradicting information the other receptionist at the time was training her?" Our Office Manager assures me I am a great trainer, so I don't let that first thought take over too much. But it still occasionally lingers.
*shrugs* I admit working at the Front Desk is a challenging position. I don't realize how well I do handling all of it until I see others who don't normally do Front Desk fill in and comment on how it is.

So... while my Spiderverse vibes are slowly settling down... I'm still in the vibes. It's primarily shifted to an Alfred Molina focus.
Last night I watched Frida. He's quite charming in the film.
