It was actually sort of nice to have people who knew who the hell JDM is. Half the time when I mention him, people are like "Who?" and when I mentioned what he's best known for, the people are like "Oh, I've heard of that character but haven't really watched the show." Like... okay... understandable... but he's not exactly an unknown actor now. He's starting to drift into the big name titles and working along side big name stars. So... neutral

The other day I was listening to a mashup containing Dolly Parton's "Jolene" and I got this random idea in my head of a fandom-tweeked cover of it where it's from the perspective of Lucy (from the Negan Lives) talking about Lucille (Negan's wife). And it was just interesting to think about...
Your beauty is beyond compare With flaming locks of auburn hair With ivory skin and eyes of emerald green Your smile is like a breath of spring Your voice is soft like summer rain And I cannot compete with you Jolene Lucille
He talks about you in his sleep And there's nothing I can do to keep From crying when he calls your name Jolene Lucille
And I can easily understand How you could easily take my man But you don't know what he means to me Jolene Lucille
Jolene, Jolene, Jolene, Jolene Lucille, Lucille, Lucille, Lucille I'm begging of you please don't take my man

The original song makes it sound like two gals fighting over the same guy... but for my Lucille version, I feel like it's Lucy acknowledging how much Lucille meant to Negan... but she's afraid his lingering feelings for her might cause him to take an unnatural way to rejoin his wife, if you get my drift. While there may not be any romantic aspects between Lucy and Negan from what we see in the comic, I do think Negan made quite the impression on her. Something that was different from the other guys she was traveling around with or luring into traps.

It felt so nice getting to eat lunch outside in the sunshine at the park. Plus it was nice seeing the park being utilized by people (most coming and going from the Farmer's Market). It's been weird the past few times I've gone and it being practically empty of anyone.
