yes, the story is in different arks. Most of them end unhappy with one of the main characters killing the others in different ways depending of the events.

Well, they seam a little more deep than the all happy stories... Plus, they give the occasional happy ending more meaningful

that is why I take after the Higurashi series when it comes to my stories. Most of them are either unhappy, or bittersweet. Only one story was happy. One out of five
