"Not so fast! Me First!" The Royal Guard shouted. The chi Telia had mustered up for the Thunderbolt was stolen from it and given to Talonflame. The bird would then combine some of its own chi with Telia's and with a flap of its wings it 'blew' an even more powerful Thunderbolt at the Psychic Pokemon. This bird seemed to specialize in speed along with shock and awe tactics. No pun intended. Either way, trying to match it won't work.

"Sorry, half breed, but powering yourself up won't save you. You can't catch a bullet. Talonflame, another Acrobatics!" The Royal Guard ordered. Just like before Talonflame would move so fast that it seemed to disappear, a red and grey blur now threatening to claw and peck away at Telia. This bird was aggressive.

The Psychic hit hard, Telia finally landing a clear hit as the bird was sent crashing into the ground after a series of back flips. "Alright, that smarted. Too bad that's the last hit your girly will land in this battle." The Royal Guard sneered as the Talonflame took flight once again.

"Bullet time for real this time. Brave Bird!" Talonflame would let out a piercing screech and just like with Acrobatics it disappeared in a flash, something was making its speed unreal Blizzard would notice. The next thing they knew the bird was throwing its self into Telia beak first with all its might, a small sonic boom could be heard (and felt a little) upon impact. The attack was reckless and would hurt the bird its self but not before really hurting Telia. Feathers would drift in the air afterwards, Talonflame exhausted as it landed on the ground huffing.

The Royal Guard would recall his own Pokemon as Blizzard recalled his, knowing good and well there wasn't much it could do after that. "I bet you wish you could get past me without taking another loss, huh? Not gonna happen." Looks like this guy knew Blizzard was coming and planned on weakening his team before he got to the Elite Four member, devious.

With another ball thrown out, his next Pokemon would appear. "Amaura!" Cried a tiny little blue dinosaur Pokemon as it appeared from it ball. This thing seemed so small and weak, was he being serious? Didn't seem all that special, except for maybe the oddly shaped pinkish stone hanging around it. "Try taking this one down."

"You sure do like stat raising moves, huh? Won't matter anymore than it did last time I'm afraid, actually it will matter less!" He laughed, turning his attention back to his Pokemon. "Amaura, Encore." Oh no.

The tiny dinosaur would raise up on its hind legs briefly and begin to clap its front feet together like hands, happily cheering the enemy on all the while. The neat part was that the flaps on the top of its head changed to a bright pink color, as if signifying its happiness.

"I wouldn't worry about us, freak. Amaura, bring the storm! Hail!" He shouted. Wait, he's using hail inside the chateau!?

Regardless if that was a good idea or not, Amarura's head flaps would turn an icy as they flapped back and forth, the tiny dinosaur letting out a cry as storm clouds covered the ceiling of the room and tiny bits of ice began to fall.

"Now why don't we give ourselves a little insurance? Thunder Wave." Oh come no now! This battle was getting ridiculous.

Amaura's head flaps would now turn a pale yellow and flap wildly as the dino unleashed a small jolt of electricity at Scizor, hoping to paralyze the Pokemon. Blizzard's hunch would be confirmed, he was stalling.
