{Lol, I did get a bit wordy there, didn't I? XD Still, I keep trying to be the "Good Guy" and give everyone a chance only to get a bunch of one-liner characters and blatant godmod Sues as a reward for my kindness. (No doubt you've noticed that.) But yeah, I'm going to start requiring auditions for everyone - maybe use those as a chance to develop inter-character relations and backgrounds that existed prior to the RP or something like that. I just hope I can keep that sort of thing up without alienating everyone. >.<}
The witch was admittably a little embarassed to hear Rune say such a thing about her. "It isn't that special a sight. I'd smile more if people weren't so stupid." Ashen should really stop with the whole tsundere-schtick, don't you say? Well, I say so and that's good enough for me.

"You...what?" It took a couple moments for Rune's comment to 'click' for Ashen. Quite a revelation it was for her to discover that Rune already knew whom she was trying to repay and quite possibly who she was to begin with. Even more so to consider that he might have known for far longer than just a day. "I...I am not sure. I will stay if you truly insist, but otherwise I will probably return to my travels before long."

"It's up to you. You're welcome to stay here as long as you like, or you can go on your way as you always have. I'm not going to pressure you into doing anything." Rune just sat there smiling at her. It was rather interesting seeing Ashen as the flustered one for a change than the usual reversed scene. "I will admit, it's been nice having company around here for a change, but I'm no stranger to being a lonely hermit either."

In other words, she wanted to test the waters and see how the villagers would behave around her before she made any major decisions.
