Should know that I thank you for thinking that friendliness is a great quality, and agrees that it should be more common.
It probably is... it's just people tend to take things more personally online than they probably would in real life... especially when certain things can be misintrepretted or read the wrong way.

should know in addition to that bullies know that they won't be punished severly for what they do, sure they get banned but they can just make another but we do not want the goverment involved with the internet if it can't even handle the decling morality thats their fault in the first place.
