Technique Name: Kikaijustu: 外骨格 Soto kokkaku {Exoskeleton}

Insects: Kikaichu : 500 Insects Per Rank
Description: The Parasitic Insects form a protective outer skin on their user and remain for the duration of their life span. Soto kokkaku requires no hand signs only available insects. The insects may choose blend entirely with the users skin allowing it to appear as if they are not present. A Doujutsu will be capable of detecting the layer of insects forming an almost invisible armor any damage to the armor will reveal insects that fall apart or die. Insects of course upon physical contact can freely transfer themselves to the attacker as any physical contact would. Soto kokkaku will absorb damage two ranks less than what was spent to create. It will falter slightly but still cushion techniques one rank less than what was spent to cast it. Attacks of a similar rank will cause 1/2 the insects to die but the armor can be repaired by contributing the lost insects. An attack a rank higher than what was spent will cause the armor of insects to fall apart entirely. The armor is weak to piercing attacks reducing its effectiveness by 1-rank against such techniques.

Description: Once the target has been infected by the Kikaichu the opponent will begin to suffer from [Tenketsu Burnout] immediately as the insects specifically target the opponents Tenketsu. Unlike typical [Tenketsu Burnout] the amount propagates from two nodes to four nodes to eight nodes progressively until all or the amount of nodes they were instructed to leave remain or until all nodes have been cut off/destroyed/siphoned. Siphoned nodes may recover naturally. Whilst inside the targets body the insects propagate and will not die due to time limits increasing up to 10x the initial amount starting from 1x-2x-3x etc per post. 100 would become 1000 if left unchecked. The Rank of the technique determines how much chakra will be required to either surgically excise the insects or sacrifice twice said rank of the chakra to kill the foreign insects in the body with a internal pulse. Normal treatment of [Tenketsu Burnout] can also kill the insects. The insects can also be called out of the opponents body with [Mushiyose] in a horrific manner pouring out of the infested's mouth and ears to add more to the the users arsenal. This is essential as if unchecked by their original host without having formed a contract with the target they've infested Kikaichu will continue to devour their chakra until they die. The insects will begin to disrupt chakra connections in the opponents brain. Causing headaches and possible delirium. For each turn spent propagating in the infected individuals brain the difficulty of using Kai to get out of a Genjutsu increases by one rank. After three posts of propagating the opponent will start falling victim to suggestions via the will of the user being projected on his insects (brain washing) resisting these suggestions is very much possible but difficult. {Brain washing determined by the will of the rper subject to infection. i.e the target will decide if they can resist these compulsions or not purely for flavor sake} After the Fifth post the opponent will finally begin to hear an innate buzzing in their head without a doubt realizing their infection.

Element: Transformation

Description:
The technique can only be used if Sukoso is in his enlarged state. Sukoso after a brief moment of preparation in an explosion of smoke grows even further. Roughly half the size of a Sannin summon. His fangs become sharper ,his abdominal hairs become needle like, and his legs become hardened and spear like. In exchange for no longer being able to cast Ninjutsu. Sukoso gains the ability to use Hard Physical and Soft Physical Formless up to A-rank temporarily, S and S+ rank if they were trained to be that way naturally. These attacks are treated as Complex for interactions. When the duration ends Sukoso reverts into his minuscule state and is unable to change size for [3] posts.

Description: Taylor's body becomes encased in bone. It takes upon an monstrous form, and he grows to be eight feet tall, sporting two additional arms. The armor dawned is regenerative, which means that when it is struck a blow, the user can pay the cost of the technique in order to endure the hit and have the bone repair itself automatically. In addition, the armored arms can mold itself into any bone weapon which Taylor needs, as well as the armored arms allow his formless hard physical strikes to be treated as bukijutsu. Finally, this technique automatically sustains no activations to maintain, but every fifth post the cost will be replenished.

This looks fine, but what does treating Hard Physical as Bukijutsu do for you, exactly? Does it treat them as a specific type of Bukijutsu for compatibility with a style, or is there some bonus for general Bukijutsu that I'm not seeing?

Basically since my fist and legs would be covered in gauntlet and greaves like bone, the idea is that the armor makes my hard physical strikes like weapons. Taylor has been really into his yoga classes and he’s ready to, “be the weapon.”

Description: Allows Chie to materialize her chakra. The form taken are arcane, two dimensional disc with a five inch radius which appears anywhere around Chie, with a maximum range of three feet from her. From the incantation circles the user is able to mold chakra through the disc, as though the user is molding handseals, though the molding of chakra still takes the time required. The difference is that it allows the user to fire projectile techniques through the symbols, although if the technique requires physical exertion then the user has to put their correct limb through the circle. The manifestation of spell circles does not require an activation, and three circles can be made max in one post.

Technique Name: Doraihyouton [ Dry Ice Technique ]
Rank: X-rank ( B-rank )
Type: Supplemental Ninjutsu/Bloodline
Element: Hyouton
Description: Relocating to a desert makes one rethink their options when it comes to forming ice, and that's the main reasoning behind this technique. Using her hyouton chakra, Sonyo forms ice out of gas instead of water, creating solid Carbon Dioxide or Dry Ice. The jutsu works on a chakra pool, turning any hyouton techinque used while the pool is active in to Dry ice in stead of Water ice. How big this pool is depends on how much chakra the user puts in to the technique; ei, if someone were to put a B-rank's worth of chakra in to the technique it would create a Doraihyouton pool of 40 chakra, and this applies to every rank amount. Pools cannot stack, and once the current pool has run out, the user must wait [2] posts to create another. The main differences between Dry Ice and Water Ice come in pros and cons: the pros are that carbon dioxide sublimates at −109.3 °F making dry ice much colder than water ice ( Techniques made of dry ice do two more dosages of Frostbite than it's counterpart ), dry ice sublimes in to carbon dioxide instead of water leaving various effects ( When a technique is melted, it creates 1 dosage per rank of CO2 ), and it is more readily available to make than Water Ice. Cons come in the form that, having a lower freezing point, Dry Ice is weaker to fire ( is beaten by Katon jutsu two ranks lower than it ) and also that dry ice is structurally more fragile-- as one can break dry ice with their bare hands ( broken by physical techniques one rank lower ). Also in that the user must be careful not to kill themselves with the subliming carbon dioxide in enclosed spaces without much ventilation.

Description: A secret fuuinjutsu developed by Sanae Uzumaki which utilizes the special properties of Uzumaki chakra to extract a bijuu from a tailed beast host without killing them. The means of which involve granting the host small amounts of an Uzumaki's chakra during the extraction process to help the host withstand the process. While the host will survive the extraction process they will not remain conscious once the unsealing ends. Upon completion any and all connection to the demon is lost. The demon itself will be freed unless otherwise sealed.

Approved for S+-ranked. The technique to seal a demon is S+-ranked, so it makes sense to make the technique to unseal a demon safely S+-ranked as well.

Let's get these bad boys up-to-date! These aren't all of Bast's customs, since I've elected not to try to renew a couple of them (one or two have become bloodlines since they were first approved, yikes). I added an alternative to Gunsei at the bottom that's basically a Fuuin Shadow Clone with some weirdness, just in case Gunsei is unsalvageable. No rush; as the person who just rewrote these, I know they can be pretty dense and that there's a lot of them. As always, happy to answer any questions.

Technique Name: Ugoki no Jutsu [ Movement Technique ]
Rank: C
Type: Taijutsu
Description: A Taijutsu technique using the ankles and wrists as the axes of movement. This change from the typical method of movement increases the speeds of the lower- and upper-body to rival that of Shunshin. Consumes a usage of Shunshin if used to change location, but it can also be used to complete complex tasks (i.e. writing seals) or interact with entities moving at Shunshin speeds. Lasts for one of the user's posts.

Technique Name: Gunsei [ All Animate Creation ]
Rank: X (Learned as B)
Type: Ninjutsu
Element: Fuuinjutsu
Description: After forming a peculiar seal with the hands, the user will be able to animate any nearby materials to take the form of something from his or her imagination. Only one factor affects the chakra cost of the technique, and it is the complexity of the movements that the creature can perform, serving as the golem's 'intelligence'. The basic creation will only take basic commands, such as “go over there” or “punch him”, whereas higher ranks could allow for things such as "be my bodyguard" or "evaluate the effectiveness of this proposal and sign off on it if it's good for me". After creation, the creature remains until destroyed without draining the user’s chakra and follows instructions of the appropriate complexity. Additional rules and restrictions as follows:
  • Creations have limitless stamina and physical capabilities at two ranks below the rank of this technique, allowing them to use simple and Formless techniques bestowed upon them via Tensha Fuuin.
  • An additional rank in one physical aspect can be gained by sacrificing one in another aspect (including intelligence), to allow for some variance (i.e. +1 rank in speed, -1 rank in fortitude).
  • One rank can be subtracted from a physical aspect to grant the golem permanent usage of 1 E-Rank Jutsu that can be replicated physically with its feature set (i.e. Henge becomes a rearrangement of features), increasing by one rank for every additional rank sacrificed and capping at the golem's highest physical aspect. Only one Jutsu can be gained this way per golem and it requires one activation be spent to prepare.
  • This technique breaks if the golem is hit with a technique at or above this technique's rank. Breakage expels all materials used to create it as they were at the time of casting, including any techniques that were active on them.
  • Golems take a post to fully form and begin accepting commands in battle.


Technique Name: Inryoku no Nijuurasen [ Gravity's Double Helix ]
Rank: B
Type: Ninjutsu
Element: Maruton
Description: By singing, the user augments the effects of gravity in the area to vary it between +2g and -2g, leaving only the user unaffected. Effect lasts for as long as this technique is maintained and affects an entire thread.

Technique Name: Gouhou no Ouganjutsu [ Retribution's Alchemy ]
Rank: B
Type: Ninjutsu
Element: Maruton
Description: By singing, the user changes the elemental alignment of all nearby elemental techniques to a chosen target element. This does not stop their effects, but it can cause people to suffer damage from using an element with side-effects for untrained users, such as Katon or Raiton. If an advanced element (Hyouton, Mokuton, etc.) does not contain the target element, one of its constituent elements is changed such that it becomes a different advanced element, if applicable; otherwise, it remains unchanged. (i.e. If changing techniques to Raiton and someone uses Hyouton, that technique could become Ranton.) Effect lasts for as long as this technique is sustained and affects an entire thread. The target element can be changed every post that the technique is sustained.

Technique Name: Tenrai [ Divinity ]
Rank: C
Type: Ninjutsu
Element: Maruton
Description: Imbues the user's specified limb with Chakra, allowing it to write seals without the need for paper or ink for five posts for no additional activations. Seals with specified dimensions have those dimensions doubled, seals that normally operate only in two dimensions (like barriers) become three-dimensional, and all seals become X-Ranked. Breaking one side of a barrier rendered three-dimensional by this method does not break any other sides. Using a seal that requires a physical component (like a container) still requires that physical component be present.

Technique Name: Youton: Jittai [ Yang Release: True State ]
Rank: A
Type: Ninjutsu
Element: Maruton
Description: Makes real all of the effects of jutsu-created and jutsu-affected objects and ends any active jutsu being used to control them. Can only be used on jutsu that create a physical effect; in the case of barriers, their durability remains at whatever rank they were used at after they become real. Anything that becomes real by this technique's effect is treated as naturally occurring (i.e. a landscape alteration via Doton technique is thenceforth treated as natural, so Doton: Shunshin no Jutsu would be able to pass through it normally; Hyouton ice is treated as naturally occurring ice; etc.). If used to target one technique specifically, the cost of Youton no Jutsu matches that technique's cost; if used to affect an area 10 meters in radius around the user, it costs an A-Rank amount of Chakra no matter what. Technique Name: Godou [ The Path of Spiritual Enlightenment ]

Description: The user forces themselves into a meditative state, unclogging the Chakra network and relaxing the muscles. This allows the user to recover Chakra and Stamina at twice the normal rate, recovers as if relaxing, and halts the progression of Tenketsu Rot and Burnout. In addition, the user can use this state to perform training sessions that they have not previously completed. These training sessions must be claimed in the same way as normal and take one post per rank of the training mission. All training missions that have outcomes based on success or failure (i.e. fighting) are counted as successes. The user may not perform, but can maintain, other techniques while this one is active. Does not have any upkeep cost after initial activation and lasts until broken.

Technique Name: Yuishiki [ Subjectivity ]
Rank: X (Learned as B)
Type: Genjutsu [ Enchantment ]
Description: Causes a pinprick of pain at a point on the subject's head that differs for each person. The pain is not debilitating, but serves rather to hone the mind toward a specific purpose. While under the effects of this Genjutsu, the target may shift post reductions of one type to another type (i.e. Ninjutsu post reductions apply to Genjutsu, but not Ninjutsu) and from a Jutsu type to a specific job with a conversion rate of one-fourth. Lasts for three posts, plus one additional post per rank above E-Rank. Duration can be extended through use of appropriate Fuuinjutsu, though doing so requires knowledge of the exact location where the target feels the pain.




An Alternative to Gunsei:
Technique Name: Gunsei: Youja [ All Animate Creation: Animate Nature ]
Rank: X (Learned as B)
Type: Fuuin
Description: A seal comprised of a very odd hand sign, which binds materials to a shape specified by the user and animates that vessel with their mental and physical capabilities, though in the latter case it may be limited by the form created (i.e. if the new form doesn't have arms, punching can't happen). This golem does not require upkeep outside of combat and can function at any distance from the user, but cannot engage in combat if it's not in the same subforum. The golem has durability at the rank of this technique and can only use techniques up to its rank, drawing on the user's Chakra and Stamina pools to do so. Has an in-combat upkeep cost at one rank lower than its cost per post. Takes one post to fully form. Destroying the golem returns any knowledge it gained to the user and spews out the materials used in its construction as they were at the time this Jutsu was used. Gains activations as normal for Shadow Clones.
