This year we've gotten some new training/education videos. For this month, we had one talking about proper workstation set-up, such as placement of one's body in relation to their chair, desk, and monitor. Nice to see this topic being addressed after it getting more popular among discussions between people, both for work and home offices.

All of the others are the usuals. Getting quite tired of seeing the same video over and over again. Especially when sometimes they tried to be humorous by how they present the information and just falls flat.

Hmm... I thought they said there would be new courses. Aside from the new one for this month, I'm not spotting any other new titles among the future courses. So, either they'll only show up when the month actually comes up. Or I don't have as many new courses as others might who are in other positions.

I thought I might try playing some of the Gaian games to pass the time but flash isn't exactly working on this computer. So, nevermind.

*looks at the current list of guests attending Wizard World Portland*
Well, I for sure would love to get photos with Tom Welling, Michael Rosenbaum, and John Glover. The other Smallville cast members are cool... but not cool enough to want to get a photo with. Though paying just that small amount of difference for the whole group photo-op seems worth it. As a total, it seems a lot, but once you break it down per cast member and other costs, it seems pretty good.
Emily Swallow from Supernatural is going to be there too. Would be pretty cool to get a picture with God's sister? xd

Just have to double check whether I have enough PTO hours to take a day off to attend the con or not.

Looking at the guests though makes me question whether to go as my casual Mollymauk (as I originally thought of doing)… or do something plaid shirt-oriented (because plaid is common for both Smallville and Supernatural).

If I do end up going, I just hope none of the celebrities I really want to see end up cancelling. I know the past few times I've considered meeting Michael Rosenbaum, he's had to cancel. Could it be - with the number of Smallville characters - this could finally be my lucky chance?

Hmm... I think I'll just stick with my Mollymauk plan. Rather than trying to squeeze in figuring out another casual cosplay idea when I'm not working. Especially when I want to spend my free time taking care of other items I've been wanting to work this year.

My radio has randomly decided to turn itself on and off. I used to think it was having issues because of how I'm wearing it on my pants... but no... it's just being weird on its own now because of how the battery doesn't sit perfectly in its slot anymore because of the radio falling so many times. whee
