HI, im a newish begginer at magic and hopefully one of you guys could help me improve my burn deck that im running. I got;
4 x Prodigal Pyromancer (tap deals 1) 3 x molten firebird (sent to grave comes back next turn) 3 x blaze (deals x damage) 3 x bloodscale prowler (bloodthirst) 3 x pyromatics (deals one can be repucated) 4 x izzet boilerworks (bounce land) 1 x word of seizing (split second, take control of target perment) 2 x leyline of lightning (after spell played, pay one mana to d o one damage) 4 x shock (deals 2) 4 x dead/gone (deals 2 to creature/ back to players hand) 2 x lightning bolt (deals 3) 1 x shivan meteor (13 to creature) 4 x izzet signet (one blue and red mana) 4 x pyrite spellbomb (red mana deals 2, colourless draw a card) 1 x lighting axe (5 to creature, pay f 5 mana or disard 1 card) 1 x volcanic hammer (deals 3) 16 x mountain
side deck; 1 x electrolyze 1 x rain of embers 1 x boiling seas 1 x enrage 1 x agility 1 x conflagrate 1 x grapeshot 1 x lightning axe 1 x reflexes
any help on improving it would be nice

Canis lupus Knight HI, im a newish begginer at magic and hopefully one of you guys could help me improve my burn deck that im running. Now, It's been forever since I knew the current expansion, but I don't know that any of your non-mountains are mana-producing cards. That said, I'd recommend at least 22 lands if none of your other cards produce mana. You're probably asking, "then what the hell do I do with the 6 slots I lose going from 16 to 22 land??" Simple: Focus. If a card doesn't have a nice relationship with other cards, try playing without it. Try to keep fewer than 6 or so cards that have a casting cost greater than 4. You don't want to start with a handful of endgame cards, even when you're getting mana.

My boilerworks are bounce lands.... and the izzet signets are artifects that if i tap one lane, i get 2 mana, any other ideas?

Burn decks typically use up their cards quickly. I'd try to throw in something to help draw cards. Howling Mine is the old artifact to make everyone draw 2 cards per turn...

ok, i'll think about that card, i spoke with some people at the local card shop Thrid Eye Blind games and collectibles and i have an edited deck now

i= instant, a= artifact, c= creature, s= sorcery, e= enchantment, l= land tatal creatures= 12 total inteant= 13 total sorcery= 8 toatl artifact= 4 total enchantment= 2 total lands= 21 total cards= 60

[morita].sin.[morita] artifact decks pwn!!! bosh the iron golem, pentavus, and the many many cute myr! plus.... i can deal 16 damage in five turns if really lucky! artifact affinity- my friends banned it because it was too good mrgreen only one other friend will play it (with his arcbound ravanger deck, there fairly evenly matched)

My Favorite deck is either my sliver deck or my red deck. With my red deck I have a card that makes all of my creatures deal double damage and I can get one of my monsters to have over 100 attack, but with my sliver deck I can make one of my slivers have over 800 attack. I'm trying to get some indestructible artifact creatures because I have this equip card that if my monster deals damage to a player everything on the field is destroyed, but since their invincible nothing will happen to them. twisted Currently though I don't even have one indestructible monster..... crying
