I'm new to the guild. I'd like to say hello to all the members and to thank the host for accepting me. I would also like to ask if the members would check out my journal to read my last week storyline for the avi contest and check out this weeks avi...(link below for my part two..) any suggestions for part three would be greatly appreciated....Thanks.

That's not a good idea.
D; Not this soon anyways.
You need to try stuff like that, if you insist on event items, on items 05 and before would be best.
Anything where you're trying to inflate something, you'd also need to try it with a more popular item.
D; The Labu's didn't quite make the cut.....

One cheapish item I could suggest that'd inflate easier would be Bunny Ears. xD

Well, the other thing is, that they're cheap enough that if the experiment fails, it's no big thing.
Anything can be AIed.
But I do think the Labu have a decent future, because they're a little more versatile than other event items.

I can't imagine the amount of gold spent in this. Mostly because no one says how much they're spending. I wonder what an inventory with a thousand luba looks like. I mean besides the obvious.

its called an investment for a reason, im not looking to make money off of the labu's right now, in a month, maybe three, maybe five, heck maybe a year. But one day they will be inflated. right now im currently building up again to buy a lot of them and have a chance of inflating them. currently im up to about 30k give or take a few when thousand once i sell all my tickets that ive been playing the slot machines like crazy for. once i get up to 200k ill be able to buy about 60 pages worth.

I have only bought a little over a hundred Labu's. I have a couple friends who bought some. Bassically, when I get a good daily chance or my first posting bonus I check the markeplace and buy a couple.
It is mostly for fun. I like the item, two modes for an event item is pretty nice. It is definatly not as cool as water meat.
