Maybe more black on the bottom. The matching is done really nicely though.

The blue tail looks so random. O_o; maybe at least try getting the tail in red if you want the dragon tail. Also, white gloves and white shoes would go well with the white hair. Maybe get a dark red head item to go with the red in the outfit, like a red punk band? 3nodding 5/10 (I'm a cosplay, and I can't find reference pictures, so good luck with if anybody wants to rate me sweatdrop )
