Wow they are all great photos! I think the racoon is really cute. Its giving you the look of "feed me!"

The picture of the tree is really neat as well. The landscape compared to the tree is sweet!

Yeah, I always get annoyed when pictures I take are sliightly out of focus...especially if it would have been a stunning shot otherwise. But your racoon picture doesn't really look like it's out of focus. Cute racoon. How'd you get that close to a racoon without it murdering you? A pet?

Really? o.o; Maybe it's just me then.

As for how I got so close...I don't know, I just walked up to the tree with him in it and started snapping some shots.
There were some tourists that were feeding them not so far from where I was taking pictures. So maybe he just thought I had food.

Ah yes...that would explain his non murderous intentions...him being used to people feeding him and all. biggrin

Unfortunately for him, I obeyed that little sign that said "Do not feed the animals.". XD

The park where I took that picture is a very beautiful park. So I can see why the tree and the rest of the landscape would be a nice fit.

It seems almost surreal how that tree is so green in a almost wasteland-like place.

Splendid photo. Gah...I never saw anything that pretty when I lived in Ohio. Just some smog...well...some snow scenery was pretty...

But yes, excelent shot, really.
