Are there any actual restrictions when regarding Classes and Races? Like if I wanted to play a changeling archer for an example would that be okay?

I don't know, what a Changeling is. Is it a 3.5 race? If so, sorry, I haven't played it. So forgive my lack of knowledge.

It's in the Advanced race guide under uncommon. It's in the resource that you gave us. Also, another side question, are we allowed to reroll sets if they are bad?

Granted, it's extremely min maxed, 3 high, 3 low.

To reroll question, if the the total average is under 12 then, yes.

It's a comprehensive database of all things Pathfinder, and it even has search functions and is likely organized better than the Paizo site, since the Paizo one mostly groups things based off of which book it's found in rather than the type of content.
