Ⓡⓔⓜⓨ giggled at Rufus' comment. "You can't dye your hair. It's too amazing. That'd be like me chopping mine off!" She used one of her thin fingers to twirl a stray lock of his hair. It was so freaking soft! Gah! She wanted to cuddle into his arms and never leave. The world sucked.... and Rufus somehow made it all better.

Rufus came into the library, He sighed a bit Remy was forcing him to learn to make the wolfbane potion even if it killed him it seemed. He scanned the bookshelves for the right book. He saw Rick but payed no mind, the other boy was a ravenclaw it made sense to see him in the library. He found the book he needed and opened it to the page and started to read it.

Rufus closed his book when he heard Rick start talking to him. Then nearly went pale when Rick started to talk about werewolves and how no one at the school could be one... Considering there was about 4 people at this school who where bitten since he came to Hogwarts he found the statement a bit funny but he was too alert to laugh the boy was his roommate. They spent 6 years together, surly he would have noticed that he was missing every full moon. "Well nothing strange happened to me lately. With all this talk of werewolves it sounds like you also want a job in the Werewolf Support Services." He said the lie he practice for the reason why he may be looking into werewolf related books. But as soon as the lie hit him he felt a pang of guilt. His nose twitched for signs of anyone else but with the dust on some of these books it was hard to get a good smell of the area. Maybe he should try to tell Rick the truth. "Or maybe a job as a werewolf hunter?" He hoped it was the former since Rufus would hate to have to ever be on the run from Rick or one day try and kill him. But he let the statement stand and waited to see if the lie would work on his peer.

Rufus heard Rick talk about covering for him... That was one of the last things he though he would hear from someone who found out about him being a werewolf. "I um..... " He tried to think of something to say or find a way to lie but instead he sighed and smiled softly "Thanks. I don't have many people outside others like myself to talk about this with but as you and hopefully no one else has guessed. I'm a werewolf. I was bitten in my third year after trying to um do something really foolish." Rufus blushed a bit he might leave out that he wanted to give dog treats to his current girlfriend. "But anyway ever since I've been with a pack of a few others every full moon." He wanted to ask Rick about the killing someone but since Rick was not pushing Rufus he would not press the issue.

Rufus was a bit taken aback to Ricks questions though he guessed that he was like that. "Well Remy walks me to the forest. She knows about me and since we are dating she sees me off." He said not wanting to rat out the others. "it does hurt when I change but you get used to it. I don't know if I can catch wolf-borne illnesses and diseases. So far I've only caught fleas. And if I take the wolfbane potion I mostly just turn to a wolf. I'm enough of myself to know not to harm people. Its like having two parts of yourself in one body I guess. There's the wolf you and the normal you. And I've yet to have any issues changing back. Though I do need a pare of spare cloths after its done."

Rufus chuckled a bit "Its fine, really like I say I don't get many chances to talk about it. I'm also now curious about the differences between animagi and werewolf changing." He said as he pondered the idea. "Maybe I should take the class next year, would the spell have any effect?." He wondered and made a note to ask one of the older pack members. He then heard the question to why he was there. "Oh, Remy sent me. She normally is the one to make my potions though she's really insistent that I learn how to do it." He said though pushy was the better word. Rufus sighed. "I swear she's worse then dating a potions professor."

Rufus nodded abit. "true I guess." He said then looked at the potion in the book. "Thanks for the help if I ever needed it I'll come to you. But I'm sure Rem would kill me before that." He said with a chuckle. "Well I can at least tell her I attempted to learn it. I should head off." He put a hand on Rick's shoulder and smile. "Thanks again for not being an angry pitchfork and torch mob or something on me." Rufus chuckled a bit and moved away.
