aasimar in this setting are pretty much space marines. chosen or paragon would be an appropriate exaltation. the paladin class line is the obvious choice for a space marine, with the cleric, fighter, assassin or guardsman lines possibly being worth a little cross classing. some assets like brave, large, tough as nails and nerves o' steel might be appropriate, as would spending some points on inheritance to get power armor, and an appropriate armement, as all of the basic equipment packages don't include the big guns. vectron is actually not a bad replacement for the emperor, but if you think he's a little too jokey then sigmar, bahamut, pelor and corellon are all worth a look. backing might be appropriate as well, if you want to go full on warrior of the empire style and not just play an out of context marine.

the number of resource points you have and how quickly you can replenish them depends on your exaltation. for paragons You have a number of Action Points equal to your Level + Excellence. They are regained at the beginning of every session.

your power stat starts at 1 and is capped at your current level.

the emperor is much like the spoon. you have to worship a real god. also the whole "puge the xenos" part of his doctrine would make for very awkward party dynamics.

also note that paragons have a kinda sub resource stat in pressure points, to make up for your relatively low resource stat. it's explained under the description of excellence.

looks good. it looks like you took the air equipment pack, which comes with a quilted vest as well as the choice between robe or bodyglove, for some armor.

you might want to expand on your backgrounds as well. who's backing you, why, that kind of thing.

edit: oh hey, storm carapace, nevermind about inheritance, you're good on backgrounds, but with no proficiency feat, you take that 8AP as a penalty to your static defense, which should drop it to 11.

i don't know how 40krp handles armor. to be fair, this just means you'll be easier to hit and harder to hurt, which isn't a bad deal. I had designs for an orc werewolf tank that had 10 static defense.

you could buy random gear like an auspex, micro-bead, multikey or whatever

you could get some cybernetics, and upgrade yourself

or you could port some dots over from inheritance to artifact and get you some magical s**t.
