Quick question for the DM: I have my character nearly built, but she has enough levels of ranger to have both a favored enemy and favored terrain. Seeing as how I'm not familiar with the setting, is there something that would be particularly appropriate for the area we're in, or should I just go with whatever? I don't want to get you to reveal any secrets or anything, but I do want my character to have something that is logical for the setting. smile

Weeeellllll. City, beach, ocean, sky, and mountain are what are in the starting area.

80% City, 5% mountain, 15% beach would be the basic island breakdown.

Any chance I could persuade you to allow Monkey Grip? I just really like the idea of swing around a huge sword at the moment. Nothing too impossible, but it could be kind of cool.

I'd like to join back in. My life has gotten a bit more stable and I want to get back into writing. Also I lost the link to the open source material for the pathfinder game. I've been really wanting to play this system. ^-^! It looks like a large degree of the suck was taken out of 3.5.

I still like the armor as DR system from conan though.

Could I, by any change, talk you into allowing a summoner? or Sword Servent

The savant will be fine, but the summoner is iffy, because I will tell you honestly that it will do you more harm than good in this campaign.

Well, since the beach and city don't fit the character background I had going, I guess I'll go with mountains. smile

I've got her mostly done, but if I don't get her posted today, then she won't be up until next week. Going to visit the in-laws, who live far enough in the country that my having internet while there is iffy.
