"I have no idea." I don't. As soon as I have one, it disappears as if it never even existed.

I want to conduct a social experiment: You walk into a room with a table and a window. On the table is a high-powered rifle. Outside the window is a man tied to a post. He has a sack over his head, preventing you from identifying him. You have a choice: You grab the rifle and shoot the man or you turn around and walk away.

So I swallowed my pride and -ugh- got into MMOs again. I left this genre because 1) it took too much of my time and 2) it turned me into an antisocial jackass. I couldn't hold a conversation with anyone without referencing the game I was playing. I hated the fact that I couldn't hang out with more people. I had to stop.
Rewind 5 months ago.
I was visiting my friend's house to have fun on the PS2. When I got there, I noticed he was playing an MMO called "Dungeon Fighter Online." He said that this game was quite fun and suggested I should join. I declined, stating the usual fact that my computer is in danger of viruses. (Back then, I had no protection. Hurr.) He accepted this and we started playing Urban Reign (PS2).
As time went on, I pondered more and more about getting back into MMOs. My schoolmates were pompus asses, unable to feel any emotion of those "beneath them." Homework had become borderline pointless, so easy, I could finish it in half an hour. Thoughts that depress me were creeping up again, ready to wreck me into a pile of sadness. I needed a distraction and then suddenly I thought, "That's it, I'm going to play DFO."
Now, I'm content and life seems less meaningless. I've gotten back into my usual MMO groove and I feel great. I guess MMOs were something I needed all along.

This is still here? Huh. Thought it would be festering by now. Oh wait; it always has.
