When I'm feeling down, I know the best way to cheer me up is to talk to some particular friends I have. If their not on, I'll pretty much just talk to anyone who's willing to give me the time of day just to talk about anything to get my mind off my sadness.

I also love to blast music and sing to help escape as well.

However sometimes my depressing mood persists and I usually write my feelings down in the form of poetry and then I sometimes feel better just because I got it off my chest.

Another form of escape for me is to write, I love RPing because then you can escape your world and your mind by taking on the mind of your character and just throwing yourself into character so you aren't dealing with anything you actually have to deal with in real life.
