I like the Song of Time, Epona's song, and Sernade of Water, mostly because I can play it on my ocarina. >> But game wise I love all the songs.

Mine would have to be Song of Healing from Majora's Mask or the Shiek motif.

(Though technically neither of those are played on Ocarina...)
