The boy she had helped carve out from the block of ice with Daitomi. The red head smiled softly and listened to the other's request "Well, I don't see why not. What styles were you interested in learning?"

Chakra Pool: 470 ~ Stamina Pool: 305 ~ AC: 21,450 ~ Ryo: 6,600 Listening to the styles, Suzume thought it over before giving a nod. "I've mastered Shunkan no Hagane, so that would be no problem." Fuu no Odachi was not a style she knew but she was certain a scroll would suffice.
Standing, she headed over to where the were kept and grabbed the specific scroll before returning. "We'll start with Shunkan no Hagane. It is a good style that teaches the basics and forms as a good base before building up to other techniques. You'll practice your attacks on a training dummy with the basic chop and the basic stab. The basic chop is merely a vertical slice and the basic stab is simply you stabbing with the tip of the blade."
Letting that sink in, she would add "Then you will practice your footwork, with the Step Forward and the Step Backwards, the first being a way to add power to your attack and the later for evasion. When you have finished practicing them, I will assist you in practicing the Basic Block."

Myurai did as he always did and quickly memorized everything she had said. All of it sounded pretty basic and to him instinctual. Once she finished he bowed slowly before pulling his katana free of its sheath and making is way over to the line of dummies before raising his katana above his head and bringing it down hard upon one of the think padded dummies. The blade did its job though and pierced through the padding and sank a few inches into the dummy before sticking fast. {jutsu learned}
Myurai took a step back before ripping his katana free and spinning it backward before suddenly dropping into a stance with his body turned sideways and the katana horizontal across his body with the tip lower than the pommel. He took a deep breath and slid his off hand down the tsuka and placed it on the pommel before thrusting it deep into the dummy.

Basic techniques such as these would come naturally to any student since they were so simple. "Good." she said once the other had learned the two basic techniques. "Next is the Step Forward and the Step Backwards. The first is where you merely take steps forward while attacking, it helps you to keep the distance close and adds power to your strikes. The Step Backwards is where you take a step back to avoid an incoming blow. You can practice the first technique on the training dummy and I can help you with the second."

His notoriously soft smile spread across Myurai's face as an idea quickly popped into his head. Instead of doing the two separate he was going to combine them. He quickly rotated his katana in a quick circle before he quickly shuffled forward towards the dummies once more in his stance. He quickly crossed the distance to the target dummy doing just as Suzume had said by focusing on his footwork. Once he reached the dummy he took a few quick slashes at it before falling back leg over leg backpedaling to his original position. [justu learned]

It was good for a start, the red head pulling her own sword out as she said "Now, for basic blocks. Upper and lower attacks, do your best to block my slices and chops." She'd start off easily enough, going slowly enough so that he would be able to block. But when Myurai was comfortable enough with the blocks, she would pick up the speed.

  Kumogakure ☁ AC: 2950 ☁ Ryo: 0 ☁ Genin ☁ Jiongu After having spent the time taking the families back to their homes, Hugo decided that he would head to the academy to train on some ninjutsu. It was clear to him during this last engagement, that he needed to learn a few more things then just taijutsu. While it was strong fighting style, it limited his range of combat and made it hard to really jump into a fight with other people around. Getting to the academy, he asked for scrolls that he needed and found his own spot to train. Upon arriving there, he set his stuff down and unrolled the Fuuton scroll. This was his main element that he had and wanted to learn a few moves in it. While looking over the scroll, there was one move that he wanted to learn. It was called Kaze Bakuhatsu [ Wind Explosion ]. It allowed Hugo to form a ball of spinning wind in his hand and when he threw it, and it hit is opponent, it would explode and cause cuts on his opponent. Taking a deep breath, the first step would be to gather up chakra into his hand. As he took another deep breath, he started to gather chakra. Once the chakra was gathered, he focused on creating the ball of wind. A few seconds went by, but the ball of wind started to form. After a few more seconds, the ball would be formed and it would be time for Hugo to throw it. As he did so, he watched the ball of wind fly through the air, but to his surprise, the ball exploded in mid-air. He huffed a little bit since that wasn't suppose to happen. Of course, he didn't let it get him down and would try again.
Moving onto the second attempt, Hugo, like before, took in a deep breath and gathered some more chakra. He felt that he didn't form the ball right since it exploded before even reaching the dummy that he threw it at. Taking a few more deep breaths, Hugo was ready to give this another try. With the chakra gathered, he started to release it to form the ball of wind. Taking a little bit longer this time, he finally had it formed. Giving a small nod to himself, he threw the ball of wind at the dummy. Watching the ball of wind fly through the air this time, all he could do was wait. As the ball reached the point where it exploded last time, Hugo got a little nervious. Once it passed thta point, he was a little bit more excited and continued to watch. A few more seconds later, the ball hit the dummy and exploded in a blast of swirling wind. Walking up to the dummy, Hugo looked it over and saw that there were small cuts in the wood. Giving a nod of approvial to himself, he was ready to move onto the next technique.

Myurai's smile faded quickly when she drew her sword. and his face became hard, his eyes focused. He dropped out of his normal form and held his katana in front of him in the simple two handed defensive stance he had began to learn and master. The forms were easy it was the point after the form that was the more complicated part. When she advanced it was slowly and a simple matter for him to block it. Over the course of the next several minutes he had became sharper and could easier read her subtle movements and the way her body moved. Once he was satisfied he had the basics down he stepped back disengaging with her.

xxxxKinpaku Isshinxxxx  The first door to the dojo slid open before Kinpaku, as she stepped with the swagger of her status as a master of Suiken. It was a tough call on what it was she was to do... She'd been away. Silent. The shape of the edible creations were quite an issue, the blessing of the gates being reconstructed yet. She inhaled peaceably, stepping to the scroll racks. She had much to learn yet, beginning to fish out the Iwagakure no Taijutsu scroll... Having left to finish that particular art. Stepping back, the Kin moved onward to the nearest private room. "A mask for every situation..."

Thanatos arrived at the dojo and sat on a bench looking up at the ceiling, it felt good being a jounin now. And he had his brother to thank for it. Though it was sad his brother had to die for this.

xxxxKinpaku Isshinxxxx Kin stepped from the private room, tucking the scroll up into her sleeves. The room was calming and soothing, but the fresh air wasn't something she got to experience lightly. Stepping outward, she glanced at a young man... The boy Thanatos, whom she elevated out of respect for one who gave his life to her service, and to the village. Another death that weighed heavy upon her, it seemed. She waved with a soft smile to the young man, uncertain if he'd see it, while she departed the dojo. She was on a hunt for someone ever so hear to her.

Thanatos noticed movement near him, he looked in that direction and saw the Raikage. He hadn't seen her since the incident with the Bijuu. She was waving at him and he slowly raised his hand and waved back. He wondered what she had been doing this whole time. Could she really have been training? Why was she training? So many question but they would have to be answered some other time. He needed to start training, he looked into the lighting jutsu and found a good defensive jutsu to help him. He began going through the handseals as two rings formed around him. He finished with this jutsu and went on to the next.
Dendou Kaitengi no Jutsu [ Electric Gyroscope Technique ]

He continued looking through the scroll so he could find the next jutsu that he wanted to learn. He found one technique that would create strands of lightning like wires and he could use it to trap his opponent and knock them out.
He first went through the handseals to create the lightning strands. After the lightning strands were created he attempted maintaining them while moving them around. After that was done he used them to wrap around a dummy. Mastering the jutsu he decided to move on.

After some searching he pulled it out. He opened it and began to search through the techniques, many of these he had already learned a while back. But now he was going back to the scroll to learn more techniques.
They would be more powerful than what he already knew and he was sure they would help. He continued looking at all the jutsu of the scroll, looking at the techniques he had already learned. He then found the one he was looking for.
This was the technique he was going to learn at the time, he would then move on to another technique after he finished with this one. He didn’t expect it to take him too long to master it. He was a Ninjutsu user so it should be easier for him to learn these.

Thanatos looked up a scroll in maruton and found the hidden mist jutsu it would help him hide in mist and attack his opponent. He began going through the handseals and soon enough the area was covered in mist. He put the scroll away and began to work on the next jutsu.
Kirigakure no Jutsu [ Hidden Mist Technique ]

Thanatos then realized he had yet to learn the body flicker technique. He went through the maruton scroll and found it. After some practice he found he could use the body flicker technique easily.

This next technique would help him see through the mist he created with the hidden mist jutsu. With the mist from the original jutsu still surrounding him. He tried seeing through it, after some practice it was easy to see through the mist.

He began going through the handseals for the technique at first nothing happened. So he went through the handseals again. Soon enough a large shark made of water appeared he didn't attack anything with it because it would cause too much damage so he just dispersed it.
Daikoudan no Jutsu [ Great Shark Missile Technique ]

He began going through the handsigns for the technique. Since it was an S rank it would take a little longer than usual.When he was finished the sphere of water was created and then whips came out and impaled a nearby dummy.
Suiryuuben [ Water Dragon Whip ]

He then put the Ninjutsu scroll away safely in his hidden pockets so he wouldn’t lose it or anything. He began to think about hot to use this technique. Maybe if he was against multiple enemies he could make it so that jutsu and other things would be useless.
Also this said it effect demon aura, and with that Bijuu out on the loose it could be quite effective. He began going through the handseals for the technique and then let out a mist that would absorb techniques into it. Since noone was around he couldn't test it out on anybody so it would have to do.

Kumogakure ☁ AC: 2950 ☁ Ryo: 0 ☁ Genin ☁ Jiongu Looking over the scroll, Hugo picked the next move. The next move was called Suiyaku Kaze [ Propelling Winds ]. It would allow him to make rapid move changes or even jump into the air pretty high. The first step like always, was to gather up his charka to try the move. Standing there, he started to gather his chakra into his hands. After all, that was where the move would come from. Shifting his weight, he held his hand out and would try the move. As he released his chakra, a blast of wind came from his hand, but it wasn't as strong as what was planned. Hugo didn't even move.

Giving it a second try, Hugo started to gather his chakra again in his hands. After a few minutes, Hugo felt like he had enough chakra stored up. Shifting his weight a little bit, Hugo lifted a hand up and got ready. Letting his chakra come out, a blast of wind came from his hand. As the wind blasted from his hand, Hugo got pushed back. Gathering up chakra again, Hugo would try the move again. This time, he stood light on his feet since he knew the move would work. This time, the blast of air came from his hand, and Hugo flew back further then before. Landing on his feet, Hugo felt good and was ready to move on.
[2/2 Suiyaku Kaze [ Propelling Winds ] Learned!]
Ready to move onto the next technique, Hugo looked over the scroll a few times to pick the next move that he wanted to learn. After a few minutes, Hugo finally figured out what he wanted to learn. This skill was called Wind Riding. It allowed him to make a ball of wind and ride it around the room. The first step would be to actually make the ball of wind. After all can't ride anything if he can't make it. As Hugo stood there, he started to gather his chakra. Thinking he had enough, he released the energy and tried to form the ball of wind. Hugo watched as the ball of wind started to form. A few minutes later though, the ball got unstable and exploded in a blast of wind. Giving a little huff, Hugo would try again. This time he gathered a little more chakra before he would try to make the ball again. This time, as the ball formed, it held together.

The next step was to try and actually ride the ball of wind. Shifting his weight a little bit, Hugo walked over to the ball to get onto it. Getting on top of the ball, Hugo slowly sat down. As soon as he touched down, the ball took off and left Hugo laying on the ground on his back. Gasping a few times, Hugo stood back up. Watching the ball fly around the room, it finally slammed into the wall and broke apart. Shifting his weight a little, Hugo jumped up and started to reform the ball again.

With the ball reformed, Hugo got back on it but was able to control it better this time. When he sat down on it this time, the ball didn't take off. Giving a small nod, the ball started to move slowly with him on top of it. Getting use to this movement, the ball started to go faster. As Hugo rid around the room, he made sure to keep his balance on it. As it started to get faster, Hugo headed for the wall. When he reached the wall, the ball jumped up and hit the side of the wall.
