Rose gave a small nod.
"ok......s..should I call Jaster back to the Academy as well." Rose asked nervously.
Normally she'd be the confident one, strong, knowing what to do at least half the time. Now, she wasn't sure what she needed to do.

"God....I even watched Kelina kill our own parents with her hands after she told me what they did and what they were going to do....now she's turned into what they wanted for her originally....I can still hear their laughter haunting me from beyond the grave....." Rose was squeezing her hands until they went white, then she released them to let the blood flow back in, and started to squeeze them again.

Sophia sighed heavily.
"I'll get Jaster, I saw him leaving for battle so he's probably with Dk....or in that area..."

"that isn't wise, wasn't sis 'playing' with you too while she was here."

"oh....right."

"i'll have Niko retrieve him and Dk. She'll want to hear about this as well...no need to inform Kalena. She needs the time off without worrying about this." Eclipse said putting a finger to his head and closing his eyes as the mental message was sent off. Kalen saw Rose clenching her hands and placed his hands on hers to stop it. "Calm down please." He said.

Rose nodded to Kalen and released her hands.
"it..is...hard." she said slowely.

She then looked at Eclipse.
"you know DK will try to avoid this place right?"

Sophia sighed
"if its important, she'll come, then she'll leave again."  

[Knux_nyan]

"She knows it's important...whats that noise?" Eclipse asked hearing thudding footsteps as the door was kicked open and Shido came in carrying Jaster. "We have a problem." He said as Kalen stood up seeing him. "Jaster! What happened?" He said leading Shido to the other couch as he layed Jaster down on it.

Jaster wasn't moving except for maybe a arm moving back and forth on its own.

Rose immediately got up and started to try to heal Jaster
"I.....h....I can't heal him. His heart is intact but barely....." she analyzed him more
"Jax is gone."

"Jax...you mean Jaster's nobody, the one who protected the academy a while back."

"The one and the same" Rose said and turned to DIZ
"Can't you make something to stop his transformation into a full heartless like Niko....something to keep his human form even though he's nothing but a heart now?.

"Use this." Diz said behind them while holding out a red collar like the one Niko wears. "Thats..." "A suppresent. It should contain his heartless side and allow him to move." He said handing it to Rose.

Rose took no time in putting the red collar around Jaster's neck.
"I hope this works. I can't lose him like I did my sister....I don't want to lose them...."

Jaster's form continued to change even with the red collar on until he was a heartless version of himself, which then disappeared creating a heartless crest on Jaster's chest.
Jaster's breathing returned to normal, but shallow.

Sophia turned to DIZ after seeing the crest
"was that supposed to happen?"

"Yes...it is the same as Niko....tho you might find him with a bit less emotion then normal. He has full control." Diz said. Eclipse knew what Diz meant and nodded in agreement to them. "Yo Jaster. Man he's out."
"Want me to pinch him?" Shido said with a laugh earning a glare from Eclipse shutting him up.

Rose turned around and started to cry into Kalen's chest. She was scared, terrorfied. She never thought this would happen.

Sophia looked at Rose
"maybe you should leave for a little bit, head to the cafeteria and get a ice cream or something."

"Jaster is my nephew....his mother expected me to make sure he would be fine...that's before she came to the academy again......and I failed...."

"you can't blame this on yourself. He isn't dead, but he must've walked into a trap..."

"Jaster always had a hot head about protecting his mother...."

"Go rest up Rose. We'll watch over Jaster and inform you via mental message when he wakes. Shido stay here i would have a word with you. Kalen go with Rose." Eclipse said as Diz returned to his desk. Kalen nodded and helped Rose to her feet.

"You felt it too?" Eclipse asked Shido as he nodded. "He's in the grand hall." Shido said as Eclipse turned to Diz.
"Diz set the defense's to eliminate the bugs. We are not under suspicion here. We'll meet with this dragon first." He said grabbed Shido by his shoulder before they both disappeared.

Rose sighed and left with Kalen.


Jaster started to wake up, he groaned in pain. He spotted Sophia and DIZ
"ugh.....I feel so weak."

Sophia was silent as she brushed back his hairs from his face
 

[Knux_nyan]

"That is also a side effect. It will wear off in time. Jaster we have a bit of bad news for you." Diz said looking down on the boy.

Jaster slowly sits up. He grit his teeth feeling the pain from the fight.
"bad news. What?" he asked opening his hands, there was fire forming in his hands but not that big.

Sophia watched. Jaster was having the same problems she was having when she lost her keyblade. She decided to not mention anything.

"Jaster, you should take it easy....."

Jaster felt the red collar on his throat, his hands rubbed the collar and then he felt the heartless crest on his chest.
"am I.....a heartless?" he asked rather slowly

"Half-heartless to be more precise" Eclipse said appearing before him. "I guess at this point you can call Niko brother....i know he'll call you that." He said.
