Hmm... Beth and the residents still aren't back yet from their outing. I think this is the latest I've known her to have the residents out for something. Sure, she was doing both rummage sales and community garden (apparently)... but still... she should be back by now.

I come back fro my lunch to find residents watching Lord of the Rings on the living room TV and a resident watching Titanic on the ice cream parlor TV. Some major movies airing today, it seems.

Earlier in the month I had ordered two items from Spirit Halloween for my upcoming cosplay of Liv Moore from iZombie. I had received the lab coat as I ordered but instead of the white wig I requested, I was sent a dark lavender wig. Like... how do you even mistake the wig with what I ordered? The only thing they had in common was the bang swoop. The wig I want is white and chin length, that one was mid-riff length and dark purple. stressed rolleyes
I returned the wrong wig and have requested for the one I wanted again. Hopefully I get the correct wig this time around.

Can I just stay outside and enjoy the clean, fresh air the current weather has brought? I don't care that it's a bit windy and might get sprinkled on. It's just so nice after dealing with several days of smoky air again and feels nice after being stuck in this stuffy building today.

Haha! Just had the two servers come up to the front desk to ask me what the two skull and crossbones icons were for for Sept. 19's menu? ((I sometimes add special characters for holidays and events on the menus.)) The answer: Talk Like A Pirate Day. pirate

I'm finished with all of my tasks for the day, so now I'm just trying to pass the time for the reminder of my shift. Being bored sometimes makes me zone out and not be as alert to my surroundings. Not much of an issue on a Sunday since not much is going on and don't expect random visitors to come through the door.
