I'm having the hardest time staying alert right now. I just want to curl up and take a nap. sweatdrop Not sure why I have that feeling when I slept quite well last night (and even got a couple extra hours than I usually do).

Tonight is my 10-year reunion. Certainly is going to be interesting seeing all of my classmates again.

Apparently people are freaking out about the fact that all of Taylor Swift's media accounts (FB, Twitter, etc.) have been wiped clean of their images and posts. Many are speculating it's a sign that she's going to be releasing a new album soon because she's released a new one every two years - and she's overdue for one (she released 1989 in 2014).

If she is going to release a new album, I look forward to seeing what new songs she comes out with. I've enjoyed her work so far since she first started. Plus it was awesome seeing her perform in person awhile back with my friend.

Sorry for the brief delay. I had a couple come in inquiring about the facility and wondered if there were any openings for the parents they're looking for. Did my usual spiel of us having a wait list if we had any openings and my supervisor was out until Monday ((and that no one was available to do a tour at the time)). They seem pretty nice.

Looks like one of our residents has "lost" something again. We'll see if she ends up discovering it somewhere... or if she had already spent it on something.

*watches another resident walk back into the living room* I have to say that's the most coherent conversation I've probably had with that resident. Usually she's rambling on about something odd, which just leaves you smiling and shaking your head, thinking "Oh [Insert Name]!" She was so clear about trying to say something to one of the caregivers and them just walking right past her. She then said she wanted something... but I never go to hear what it was because that's when she decided to walk off.

I really hope I'll see some friendly faces at the reunion that I can hang out with. None of my best friends are attending - either due to living in another state and unable to travel down for it... or they don't want to attend because of "stalkers" among our former classmates ((which I totally understand)).

One of the coolest parts about the reunion is that it's taking place at the local golf club. I've always been curious about it but as I don't golf or anything, it's not really a place I can just casually stroll/drive by.

I think I'm getting more anxious about the reunion as it draws closer. Who's all going to be there? What's it going to be like? How awkward will my interactions with people be? Especially those who I wasn't exactly on best terms with? Will they try to act like I'm their new best friend? Or will there still be some of that rivalry energy going on? Then how will they react to the fact that I'm working two jobs, volunteering at the animal shelter, and not married or have no children?

Well... that was interesting. Just had to help a resident get up who had slipped off the chair by the piano. Unfortunately I wasn't able to help her up myself; ended up calling the other staff members to help me.

While you were growing up, did you have your own bedroom, or did you share a room with others? Did you have a choice about how to arrange and decorate your room? I'm an only child, so I've always had my own room. When I was younger, I had a little bit of a say but it was really influenced by the position of the doors to my closet and bathroom and the window. Only so many configurations you can do with the items I had at the time.
With my current room, I've had more of a say. A blank slate and larger room size.http://www.tenthousandquestions.com
