After having watched the bubble dimension destroyed, and the attempt of the tamers to remove it before it had gone, he decides he is going to have to do something a little more along the lines of war. First he would need to gather the forces for his war.

"The perfect way to free millenniumon, a massive war where data on all sides will go to millenniumon." He thought with glee at his new idea. The black knight was going to be very busy soon.

Claws glow red ,"You cursed knight, you'll pay for this..."

"I'm afraid now is not the time, little devimon tamer. I am going to be much too busy soon. So I shall take my leave, in the shadows of where I may go."

Chaos Gallantmon disappears in to the shadows on his way to his business, his laughter still hanging in the air.

"Won't we all, if you do not wish to hurry your fate though then I would stop where you stand. I have business with two factions, and then to prepare my own army. So now I bid you so long, till we meet on the battlefield."

The black knight switches to phantomon, and then fades completely out of view.

Soon an attack is made on the Demon Palace, a gallantmon had attacked the 7 Demons resting place. Another attack happens at the base of the Royal Knights. In both instances some evidence is left behind of the other side's fault.

The black knight was pleased, now all he had to do was amass an army of his own to march onto the opposing sides armies and reap all the data for his master.

"The Holy Palace has been attacked."

"This is bad, but its time to go to phase 2. Checkmate, find the 3 holy ones, stop the digimon in this world to calm down, Devimon must go into the Dark Area to stop the Dark ones to fight, other wise, the power of........" Looks around ,"That, will fall into the wrong hands, we need both sides...Cerberus, its time to go."

The mysterious cloaked man merged with Black MetalGarurumon and melted into shadows.
