She gave a soft gasp when he pulled her against him, her other hand instinctively landing on his chest in the process. As his fingers moved through her hair, she had to blush as she gave a small shiver from it and his words, "That's why it's called the Lover's Maze," she said about the reason for the place.

As she looked into his eyes, though, she had a feeling he wouldn't mind being trapped in there with her but had to say something about it anyway, "I..." she had to try again when his fingers moved through her hair again, "I don't want you to feel trapped, Cedric," she told him honestly about the reason she'd warned him about not being able to leave the maze.

She knew he'd been trapped before and didn't want him to react badly to being trapped inside the maze, didn't want it to bring up any bad memories for him.

Sasha had to admit that she had no problem with him being possessive or taking what he wanted. So when he lifted her off the ground and kissed her like that, her head spun as she gave a soft moan into the kiss. She could feel him feeding their passion and could have fought it but didn't want to.

Instead, when he finally put her back on her feet, she stumbled a bit and had to steady herself against him before she could move, as proven by the slightly dazed expression he left on her face. But when she could move without looking like a drunken idiot, she simply took his hand and lead him into the maze without another word.

By doing so, she knew she was accepting that he wanted her and was determined to have her. So she lead him through to the gazebo in the center of the maze and halted just inside the building so he could see that it was, indeed, built with lovers in mind. There were two small couches, a daybed, and on the low table in the center was a tray that held fresh fruits and a bottle of sweet red wine with two goblets. All, very obviously, intended for a lover's retreat.

Ash flew with her and enjoyed her joy in it as much as he did just watching her move so effortlessly through the air. But when the sun began to set, he finally lead her to land in the garden and returned to his human form. He watched her circle a bit more but knew she'd come down eventually.

Ash pulled her in closer to him by her waist, "Then we'll have to do that more," he said softly then settled her in front of him as they watched the sunset together, his hands resting at her hips as he pressed a few tender kisses to her hair. They simply stood there together for the few remaining hours of daylight before Ash stirred at twilight, "It's pretty. But nowhere near as beautiful as you are," he whispered to her softly without letting go of her.

He gave her mark another light kiss before he finally let her go so they could walk towards the northwest tower that he'd claimed for his own, but taking it slow as he held her hand and simply enjoyed the time with her.

Ash had to give a soft chuckle when he caught sigh of Desha and Andy approaching their path from one direction then Michael and Dancer from the other, "I think your birthday is just about to get even better, my love," he told her simply.

Then he pulled her in a little closer so he could say something just for her, "Just imagine the looks on their faces when they notice..." he whispered to her, knowing she loved shocking her family.

Desha smiled when he saw Dancer walking towards them holding Michael's hand, "Dancer certainly does look better," he said softly then looked over at Rebecca walking in their direction with Ash, "And it looks as if we're right on time as well," he added with another pleased smile.

Dancer was doing alright, certainly feeling alot better as they moved together with Michael's hand in his. He felt that as long as Michael was near him, noting could go wrong.

So he offered Rebecca a smile when they met up with her and Ash at the same time his father and Andy did. He easily noticed not only their Marks, but Ash's heart as well and had to wink at her as he gave her a knowing smile that she'd be able to read easily. After all, he'd already told her about gaining a demon's heart, and he'd been right.

Dancer just smiled at her, "In the garden. I can't give you our present indoors," he said simply, not mentioning that he needed to feel the air moving over him for a bit. He passed over the blanket he'd brought to Andy without letting go of Michael's hand.

Desha just gave an agreeable nod and gestured to a nice grassy spot, "Right over looks good for us all," he suggested and lead the way over, easily able to see that Dancer wasn't quite as stable as he appeared but left it alone for now. He knew Michael wouldn't let him do too much.

Ash followed, still keeping Rebecca close, but did let her go enough to help spread out the blanket then pulled her into his lap in front of him when he sat down and gave her a kiss because he couldn't seem to help himself. He was careful of her wings, though, and made sure she didn't even bend a feather.

Dancer sat down with Michael behind him and raised his hand to his shoulder as he brought out his flute, grateful he'd worn a sleeveless shirt for this since it would let him do what he was about to, "I'm going to let you all in on a little secret. It's why I got my name, actually," he said simply, not noticing when Desha took Andy's hand in shock as they sat down as well.

Desha'd thought he'd lost the ability to do what he was about to since he hadn't done it in so long but said nothing, knowing it was Dancer's gift to give. But there was a good reason that he and his son both carried the title of mage.

Dancer started playing a soft tune on the flute and closed his eyes, knowing Michael would be able to feel his magic moving into the song. From the shadow of a tree behind him and Michael, stepped a dancer made of a shadow that gave off a soft golden glow who danced to the tune he played.

She danced all around them for a long moment, then her dress seemed to grow into wings that moved with her as she continued to dance. When the song drew to a close, she stopped in a deep bow right in front of Rebecca and Ash, her wings spread out around her. As the last note died away, she faded back into the shadows.

He lowered the flute and offered Rebecca a small shy smile, hoping she'd liked the gift because it truly came from both him and Michael since he'd woven his lover's love for her into the song and the dancer.

Dancer blushed a bit as she hugged them both and said a whispered 'your welcome' but had to admit that feeling Michael's reaction it was the best compliment of all.

Desha just shook his head slightly as he wiped a few tears from his face, "It was beautiful Dancer. I never thought I'd get to see you do that again," he admitted then cleared his throat a bit and passed the basket over to Rebecca that contained her gifts from them.

"We aren't trying to compete with that, but we thought you would like them," he said simply, knowing she'd love the other gifts as well.

Ash didn't say anything for now, he simply gave Dancer and Michael a brief wink, knowing exactly why Dancer had done what he had but kept quiet for now.
