Evelyn really did have some pretty bad luck. Not that she overly thought about it much. The dark haired Kingdra nodded at Ichiro’s words. “Yeah, I suppose I do. I tend to try for careful it just never goes well for me.” She admitted. “I’ll do my best though.” She told her friend. She certainly did try not to meet the pavement day after day. It was just the luck of the draw.
Evelyn certainly didn’t mind Ichiro coming along with her. “Course I don’t mind.”She told him with a smile. “That’s a good plan, Ichiro.” She replied brightly. They headed off to the cabin and dropped off their belongings before heading out on the town. Ichiro came across a game to check out. “Sure, let’s go check it out.” She said figuring it wouldn’t hurt. She’d tried a lotto game during the last festival and as Ichiro had said earlier she had a lot of bad luck.
The game seemed to be some kind of a target game. Evelyn looked over at it curiously. It didn’t seem like a terrible game. Throw a snowball at some targets and win a prize. That sounded pretty easy. She looked over the prizes and spotted a figurine of the Pokémon that she had interacted with the other day. Maybe she could get a souvenir to remember the Skrelp that she got to hang with. Looking to Ichiro before picking up a snowball of her own she asked.“What are you trying for?”With that she gave the ball a toss hopping for the best.

X⇒ LOCATION :Knock Down the Target Game XXXXXXXXXX⇒ WITH : Evelyn Ichiro smiled back at Evelyn's response to him about having bad luck. It was true, whenever he caught a glimpse of her at some sort of function, she always seemed to be recovering from a fall or some other kind of set back. "With all the snow and ice around here, you better be careful." He warned her, good-naturely. "It's almost as if you've got a bad luck charm following you around." He then joked, letting out a bit of a laugh. He certainly hoped Eve didn't stumble upon some kind of curse while checking out the ruins back in her hometown.
Inwardly, Ichiro was really glad that Evelyn didn't mind having him for company on this trip. He realized that he had a tendency to be loud or over excited and that some his peers didn't quite like that about him. With that in mind, Ichiro swore he was going to try to contain himself and remain a lot more level-head around Eve, even if the excitement of the games and all would make that difficult.
When Ichiro had spotted one of the games to check out, he couldn't help but excitedly point it out to Evelyn, hopeful that she would be keen to join. Sure enough, she was game to give it a go with him. "Hurah!" Ichiro cheered, before racing off, kind of slowing his gait some for Evelyn to catch up. He really hoped Evelyn would have some good luck this time around.
After picking up some snowballs and giving it his best try, it soon became clear to Ichiro that this game was a lot harder than it looked. His snow balls kept hitting the wrong targets each time. "Darn..." Ichiro mumbled to himself, feeling a little discouraged about his rotten luck. Maybe Evelyn would be a lot better snowball thrower than he was. When he watched Evelyn pick up a snowball, he wished her the best of luck. That's when Evelyn hit him with a surprise question. What prize was he trying for. With a big grin, Ichiro began to rub the back of his head out of slight embarrassment. "I'm ah... I'm trying for the Leaf Stone Ticket. It looks like a pretty cool prize, even though it's really hard to win." He admitted, trying his best to mask his sheepishness. "Umm... which prize are you interested in? I really hope you'll be luckier than me at this." He then laughed again, trying to make light of his misfortune. He really was curious about which Prize Evelyn was after. Most of the figures looked really cute and Ichiro half debated about trying for one of them instead.
