Aeon, slightly annoyed at how this one wouldn't stay still, let her anger make the Luminesce flare brightly as she grabbed Rosemarie's arm. "Stay still," she ordered. However, her voice was a little whiny so it came out more like a plea than a command. After a moment, though, she was distracted by a rift and greedily pulled it into her body, the air around her rippling as the Luminesce shone to an almost blinding level. The rifts were just so good.

Obsessed Over Penguins: I'm sowwy I took so long! Today was/is my Daddy's birthday. <3 And I enjoy what you have done with little Secret, I think I will decide to kill her off [just in a more humane way, I don't want to sound like a child-killer!!] Hmmm, maybe next season I'll bring her back as a 'creature' of sorts? I already have some ideas~
... -stops rambling and gets to work on posting!-
Amberlynn mostly stayed to the side as first she saw her daughter taken to see a show she had probably wanted to see since she was in the womb, and then suddenly she was taken up on stage. She was wearing an ear to ear smile as she took and squeezed her mother's hand for what might have been the very last time.
Secret thought she was in heaven, like sometimes Mommy told her her Daddy was (even though she didn't know it wasn't true), when suddenly she was picked as a volunteer to go onstage. Was she in heaven? Would she see her Daddy, smiling at her from a distance? How would she recognize him? While being escorted down the stairs to reach the stage, she just couldn't help but steal glances at the other jealous children who had wished they could have been picked, some pouting and some throwing full fledged temper tantrums. Suddenly, instead of being one of the jealous she was one of the famous! She was famous (in her slightly naive point of view), she was finally famous! If only Daddy were here to see her now! Thinking distantly of how proud her father might have been of her, she gazed with awe and wonder as tricks were performed, and she even got to try a few of her own (with help, of course.) Her young mind was so overwhelmed with excitement and jubilation she thought she might just have exploded on stage and the others would have thought it was just a trick. And it just kept getting better, like her wildest dreams times ten, or some sort of hallucination ...
The little girl gladly accepted the candy she was given just afterward, smiling a bit shyly at the green eyed lady who had given it to her. These two women standing at her sides were so beautiful, why did her Mommy sometimes say that she was the only one who didn't fake her beauty? These women certainly looked real, right? Her last thoughts were the waning thoughts of her father, her mother's vanity (too complex of an idea for Secret to understand at this age), and how proud they both might have been of her before suddenly she felt like she had to take a nap (she briefly yearned for a stuffed animal to cuddle with) and fell into a deep sleep.
Amberlynn sat on the bleachers as she distantly watched her daughter do things she had wanted to do since she was born (or even in the womb, she remembered all the acrobatics that one had done), smiling wanly. In all actuality, the young woman was tuning in and out from between her daughter's performer debut and scoping out the area for cute men. Secret's father was long gone, so it wasn't selfish of her to be doing something like that ... right? And then suddenly it was over, and the crowd was leaving. Some cute men she had been eyeing were taking off, and suddenly some were holding hands with blonde bimbos of women ... Where was Secret? Slowly descending from the bleachers, Amberlynn looked around for the girl who stood maybe just three feet tall. Had anyone seen her daughter? She dared not ask, but she didn't entirely know why - it wasn't like she was in any imminent danger, right? It took a little while of searching (first around the bleachers and around the tent, then by the test-your-strength booth and some other misc booths) before she finally stumbled upon a lone tent. Oh, no. What was going on? Shimmering violet eyes raced, crossed and scanned over the letter what might have been a hundred times before her mind even began to grasp the situation at hand. Oh, Secret ... She realized the puns on the little girl's name, when she had been born Amberlynn had decided to name her upon her father's complete obliviousness of even a pregnancy. ... What have you done? Amberlynn picked up the necklace. The shine it gave off was immediatly malicious and set off warning signals, but she put it on ... and it was like as soon as she did her heart beat a thousand times faster. Like her blood was rushing to the spot where the necklace lay on her chest. What on earth was going on here? Lips pursed, eyes wild, Amberlynn began to run towards the Ferris Wheel ... wait, Secret was afraid of heights!
When Secret awoke she realized the pretty woman with the pink hair was carrying her. She yawned and looked around, taking a few moments to realize they were approaching the Ferris Wheel. Distant, getting closer. She was still a little groggy, but she did in fact remember that she was afraid of heights. She could go on a kiddy ferris wheel, but this one? No way! For goodness sake, it probably touched the sun itself at the top! Secret would have protested going towards the huge circular attraction but all that left her mouth was a high-pitched squeak, like a yawning sound almost. She tried again. A sound like a tiny mouse's squeak. She was growing afraid, but what she didn't know was that this was only the beginning of true fear.

Soraya thought she felt someone watching her but she shook it off, there were tons of people here and any could just be curious about her behavior. The sudden growling of her stomach reminded Soraya that she hadn't had anything to eat but that almond cookie earlier so food time it was. Soraya didn't have to try hard to find where the food is, her sense of smell quiet heightened. As she nibbled on the small amount of food she bought a thought occurred to her that this atmosphere felt weird to her. It was a carnival so it was already odd, but something seemed almost more odd about it. What was it? She didn't know. From the attractions to the shows, from the smells to what she could feel it all felt otherwordly. Now she wasn't about to go asking questions but the curiosity was setting in and she really wished she could see at this moment. Almost like being able to see would give her a better idea of the place and what it had to offer, maybe even what the people looked like. But then again when you're a blind person, no one suspects a thing.

Karma was looking into what she knew about vampires from what her master had taught her and came to the conclusion that she could extract some poison out of his blood stream somehow. This was certainly going to be harder then she pictured but none the less she would get the task done considering that she needed to. The thought of failing to get the poison didn't settle to well in the pit of her stomach and she grew slightly nervous.
She began to walk down a spiral staircase until she was in a chamber with all sort of interesting instruments. There, in the middle was a large metal table with straps to hold down her helpless victims, some blood stained on it. To the right and far wall, lay a red door shut and locked tight. The room was off limits and what lay in there would bring a smile to her face. Karma pulled her eyes away from it and walked over to the table and patted it, "Come and sit." She smiled and then walked over to a smaller table against the wall where papers lay scattered over her "medical tools".

"How cliche the mad doctor's secret lab" Lee said as he followed behind her. All about the room he could smell the scent of blood. What Karma had been doing down here he wasn't sure in the least. Thoughts and pictures of her experimenting on victim's from the carnival filled his head. Sounds of screaming and cries of pain all but brought a smirk to his face.
Turning towards her as she beckoned towards a table he walked over. Blood stain's covered it along with strap's likely seen in an executioners chair. "Rather unhygienic of you don't you think" he questioned as he turned and sat down on the table moving himself up to where his legs dangled off the edge of ti.

Fear? Yes, fear-it was in the air around her. While fear was always tasty, she'd wanted to make her second form prettier; the mother was for her hunger. She noticed the child in her arms was wide awake and very frightened. "What's the matter dear?" She asked, making her voice kinder. "Don't you want to ride with me?" She asked. All at once she smiled at the girl and strapped her into the seat. "Comeon, it'll be fun, I promise." Her smile grew wider, a bit more dangerous. "I've got a letter I need to write, and the light is just perfect, oh-you can see the whole park from up there...how else will you decide what you want to ride on next?" Though she coddled the girl, an idea sparked in her mind. If she left the note with the ride's operator and told him only to give it to the woman after she got off the ride, then Serrenedy herself would have more time to hide with the child. Of course, the child would need a disguise for this. But, Serrenedy as a fae could create small rifts in space, she usually only did it to hide away very pretty clothes. Surely there was something for the child there. If you really don't want to ride it, we can just walk around...we can play dress-up too. How would you like that? I'll find you a very pretty dress to play in. You just need to let me write my letter first. Do you like that idea better? She asked the small child.

Karma whirled around and looked at Lee with a smile, "Hey, people stole such an idea form my master. As for the dirtiness, that's all on him and not me. I have not been down here for a very long time. The last time I was in here was the moment my master took his last breath. Ah, such a bitter sweet moment." She turned around and began moving the papers out of the way humming to herself as she put some music on as she snapped her fingers. It was far too quite for her but the music was also on very softly so that it could barely be heard. It was simply dark and creepy.
"Now, the question is, is it possible to separate the poison from your blood?" Karma spoke more toward herself as she pulled out an assortment of needles as well as small vials.

"Doubt it from what the Inn owner had told me it's not really laid within the bloodstream. Seems like it's more a coating mechanism of the fangs kind of like a snake if im right" he said thinking about it for a moment trying to remember the woman's words during her training. "Makes me think that it's more of a poison gland associated with my fangs" he said pulling at his cheek to show off his fangs as they extended to there normal length they were when he fed.
Looking at the assortment of needles Lee inwardly cringed. Even dead he was not a fan of needles let alone doctor's offices and the look of this area was not one of his favorites. "Then again if I just bite you might work turning you into a vampire doctor" he laughed a bit trying to ease his anxious feeling he had gotten at the sight of the needles.

"Oh is that so?" Karma muttered as if she had told herself the information Lee gave her. She smiled and help up a needle saying to herself, "That should make it that much more easier." Slowly a grin formed on her lips as she grabbed the sharpest and thickest needle. Karma sterilized it and made her way over to him. "Now Lee, with such a joke like that, it makes me think your nervous."
The room was no longer filled with the soft music but the ring of her laughter. She shook her head and sighed, "You could bite me but the poison would do nothing to me. Make me sick for a day or two but nothing else. It's happened before though the vampire that did it was rather sick in the head and wound up missing his head by pissing off my master. Anyway, my blood is off limits dear, you may become addicted." She chuckled though looked at him seriously.
For a moment she was completely serious making her rather scary in a sense that it looked like she was ready to torture him. A small smile crept on her face afterwards, "Now, open your mouth nice and wide. I'm sure that gland you speak of is somewhere around your mouth...I'll just poke around until I find it. Or, would you rather have me actually see where it is?" She said smirking with the needle held up in front of his face.

Shaking his head as her actions removed any nervousness he had been feeling as he watched her move about. Leaning forwards Lee smiled at her. "Well I was feeling a tad nervous but with your calm and soothing words how else could I ever stay that way" he said as he gazed at her. "I mean in your loving and tender care I am sure no harm will come to me" he laughed as she looked at him seriously.
Reaching out and putting his hand over the needle end for a moment before pressing his palm down on it piercing it thru his skin all the way thru the other side of his hand he stared at her. "And I can assure you that tho pain isn't something I really feel any I don't enjoy being toyed with about things I don't like" he said looking at her the air around him becoming vicious for a moment before fading as he pulled his hand from the needle squeezing it a few times as the wound started to heal up. Opening his mouth as well he let his fangs extend each one tipped with a point sharp enough to easily pierce thru flesh.

"If not you, then who is it that I can toy with?" Karma chuckled and looked at the needle before looking at his teeth. Those sharp fangs in his mouth brought a gleam of joy into her eyes. It had been quite some time since she had seem them so up close without them sinking into someones or her own skin.
Ever since she was a child she was so fascinated with vampires and the supernatural world. Back then, she was but a human child with an odd ability and an odd habit. People never associated with her because she was far too freakish. It was her master that came and saved her from much a horrid world. He brought her to this other world of wonders where she could see those fangs day in and day out. Her pets used to be her masters back then and they taught her all she knows now. They, along with her master master warned her of the blood she had running through her veins. They warned her not to play with her favorite creatures too close.
Karma smiled ever so slightly as the needle went past the soft tissue and through cartilage before sinking into the gland which she managed to find on the first try. Karma watched as she drew back and saw the poison slowly fill the tube. It was all a rather fast process as she already had the needle out and she stared at the poison in amazement as if she were a child again staring at a book with pictures of vampires. She rose her other hand and reached at it too touch it but only wound up pricking herself with the point which slightly drew her back to reality. She looked down at her finger to see a bead of blood seep out of her skin.

[Am I the only one that has just out of the blue wondered how the hell does Cain use the bathroom? xD ]
Cain was left with nothing but the left over clothes of the human and a very, very loud burp. He certainly won't be needing to eat for awhile. He licked the now dried up blood around his lips and rubbed his face into the clothing, hoping to clean up the rest of the mess off his face. Even if he was some sort of wild animal, he had his hygine. In fact, he was much more calmer now, even as people had stuck their hands into the cage out of more idiocy and 'bravery', Cain didn't snap at them as he had eaten far too much. His temper flared down and his stomach kept quiet. He simply laid down to watch the people pass by, watching and waiting for when he'd be taken out eventually for an 'exercise' run.

The sensation that Secret was in heaven had turned to a feeling of dread; a sensation of being trapped in a nightmare and that maybe she would wake up and realize everything had been a strange dream. But wouldn't that also mean her heavenly performance debut, this whole trip, was nothing more than a dream? She was being strapped into the seat of the Ferris Wheel now, feeling and hearing the click of the belt just like it was real ... but she was in a dream, right? Secret would have spoken again, told Serrenedy she wanted nothing more in the world right now than to get off this ride, but the operator started the ride just then, a horribly loud creak signalling it's revival. There were alot of others on the ride, filling up the other carts, which probably meant they wouldn't have much luck asking the operator to stop the ride and let them off. The huge circular device moved slowly, creaking a little as the carts swung softly side to side. Secret closed her eyes. But the sensation was still there, and there was nothing she could do about that now. I want my Mommy. And then there was the sound of crying, rivaling the noise of the Ferris Wheel itself. It wasn't her, though. No, not her. In the cart that was ... at the very top. Oh, no. No, no, no. Would today be her dying day?
Yes.
Amberlynn waited impatiently in the long line of people anticipating the thrill of the Ferris Wheel. She tapped her foot, she drummed her fingers on a pole that kept the line apart, she tried to flirt. But it was no use, today all she received were deadly glares from the men's wives and disdain from their children. So what was she to do now? For now, maybe all she could do was wait. Impatiently, of course. Just for a moment, she looked up at the ride itself. Up towards the top. And there she saw her daughter.
