The tip of Soveliss' spear whips through the flames, causing the beast to shake and screech at the Warlord. Barberie is able to slam into the fat demon and throw it back, then turn her weapon on the fiery one - however, it seems that the fat creatures do not take well to being struck and a burst of fire and necrotic energies suddenly rush outward from it - damaging Barberie, in addition to the burns she receives from getting close to the fiery creature. Meanwhile - Red Herring's blade is able to wound the cloaked figure, though how badly the gensai is unable to see as the moment some red stains its' cloak - it vanishes from view.

"Get rid of this one!" The disembodied voice of the cloaked figure shouts, moments before re-appearing and throwing out a clawed hand toward Red - who manages to avoid it rather easily. The brimstone monster responds to the call, moving away from the wall of lightning and hurling a rock toward Red Herring - this one being dead on, and smacking him hard in the side.

More lightning surges through the crystals, and four of the dog-beasts step out from the portal (J-M 6, forgot to add them to the map). Their tongues last at the air, and they all appear ready for battle.

[ Healing: If I'm correct.. Xavier - 25, Sentinel - 36, Barberie - 35, Red - 35, Toranis - 39.
I2 takes 28 damage from Soveliss. Plus 18 damage from Barberie.
S1 takes 16 damage from Barberie.
@Barberie: 29 Damage - 19 damage from S1 (Immediate Reaction) (Fire/Necrotic), 10 Fire Damage from I2's Aura.
R takes 34 damage.
@Red Herring: 8 damage from the rock. (Reduced from 13.)
@Sentinel: 3 fire damage from your ongoing.

"Toranis their flank is open, go wide!" Sentinel shouts at the sorcerer before turning to Xavier and at a slightly lower volume says to him, "Help Barberie and Soveliss. I'll hold the front line." To demonstrate he raises his left arm, shield still pointed to the monsters before him. The spinning shield suddenly stops, and a pattern like bricks and mortar glows on its surface. After a moment the ground near the fore of Xavier's lightning cage erupts upward into a wall of stone barring the two lumbering creatures' path. That done he runs forward toward the larger hole between his wall and the huge pillars, filling the gap himself.

((Standard: use stonewall shield's power, the squares from k17 - m17 are filled with a 10-foot tall stone wall. it remains for 1 hour, one square of wall can be destroyed by attacking it (AC 5, Fortitude 10, Reflex 5, hp 40), and A DC 35 Strength check can destroy the wall in one square.

Move: 1n, 1ne, 2n

Toranis would jest as he hurried not to the east, but instead, directly forward, into the crackling wall of lightning. Instantly, all the hairs on his head, eyebrows, and beard would stand on end, as he let out an enthusiastic "WHOOOOOO!!!"
