Yep! That's why when a day goes wrong, I just retreat. Go read a good book. Then, when I come back into the world I'm ready to take it on with a good attitude.

Hmmm
RANDOM SUBJECT!!!
What do you guys do when you're frustrated? The bad things (like pulling out your hair or crying) and the good (listening to music)

I have three main stages of dealing with frustration.
1) Go read a book & listen to music. 2) Silent screaming. That actually hurts the throat though. 3) Flat-out scream & crying fit with anyone who has irritated me in the last five minutes.

i have some odd stages of frustration 1) i listen to music or read 2) i growl 3) i craft 4) i have an anxiety attack ((those are bad... i could literally die from them if i am not careful as it raises my blood pressure and heart rate dangerously high... so i try and avoid these))
i try to do the first three to stop or get over the anxiety attacks

It all depends I guess... I listen to music or play my piano if I'm at home. Sometimes I get real nasty and lash out at the one who got me upset. I scream yell and curse mentally a lot. If I'm really really really upset after those stages, I'll either break down or shut-down. If that makes any sense at all.

It makes sense Lenelee ^^
And for me I guess... 1) If it's my brother I leave the room and go to my room, close the door and ignore everything and just lay there on my bed cursing at everyone mentally 2) I talk to my friends 3) I cry (hasn't happened for a while now thank goodness)
and the last one is a bit weird 0_o before when I had my first major crush, he like absolutely destroyed me and then whenever I would talk to him over AIM I'd start to shake and my teeth would chatter.
The last time that happened it was when my ex-fiancee broke up with me the second time I think... either that or when he went out with that girl near the 4th of July.... I just know it had something to do with William.
Any ideas what the last thing is that happens when I'm angry?

When I'm irritated I first go for a cigarette. By the time I'm done with it, I'm usually ok again. I'm decently good at letting things go. If I am still aggravated I attempt to retreat for some solitude, on the computer or with a book. Music helps. If the object of my frustration pursues me, I then get upset probably and then we have an argument. *sigh*
