Dr. Sullivan was in the sterilization room cleaning his tools. He hummed a tune as he did so which added to the sounds of the machines in the rooms.

Zaias sat and monitored his sister. He put the bag on the table as he was tired of holding it. Mostly he just hoped the day would end soon. He didn't know why but his mood had just gone down the drain.

Once Dr. Sullivan finished cleaning his tools, he brought them out and took them into the office. He then came out and looked at the siblings. He clasped his hands together and asked "so who's first?"

Ali looked up at Zaias then back to Dr. Sullivan. "I'll go first! Cause I'm brave, right Zais?" She beamed up at him. She went over to the big chair and looked at it. Of course, she would want to get up on it all by herself.

"Alright then" Dr. Sullivan said and led Zaias with him into the dental office as Ali had run ahead. He opened the arm of the chair so that Ali could crawl in. "I want to start with X-rays. Do you know what X-rays are?" he asked Ali.

Zaias stood back as his sister clambered up into the chair. His eyes moving between Ali and Dr. Sullivan.

Avery blinked, how she'd stood frozen staring at the mirror wall while everyone else had gone through she didn't know. All she knew now was, they were in pain. So she had to go help.

Ali grabbed the seat with her hands and scrambled up. "Like, X is for X ray?" she asked. It was also for xylophone. But she couldn't pronounce that.

Zaias quirked a grin at that. At least she remembered her alphabet. He wondered briefly what if anything his parents had done with Ali. Then remembered she'd mostly only been a prop to them and moved on.

Dr. Sullivan chuckled. He pulled down the X-ray machine and showed it to Ali. "Actually it takes pictures of your bones. This X-ray machine focuses on taking pictures of your teeth so I can look at those pictures and see if you need any dental work" the dentist said.
