SanaSana-chan oo Ded  Co-ownership for Atticus, between darkelementaldemon and Sanasana-chan. Sanasana-chan-RP rights, both IC and OOC -Rights in choosing mates(must inform darkelementaldemon when Atticus is lifemated) -Rights in choosing when/with whom he breeds -May enter Atticus in anything he wishes -Sig rights -Rights to a basket from first breeding(for breeding resulting in two or three baskets) dakelementaldemon-RP rights, OOC only -Rights to basket from second breeding(if first breeding resulted in two baskets) or first breeding, if it results in three baskets) -Sig rights Other-In the event that an owner disappears without notification for more than 5 months, the other owner shall recieve any and all rights. -In the event that something happens between owners, Sanasana-chan shall recieve full ownership of Atticus. I agree! I am breaking this agreement from the archived agreement thread, as per the agreement about the co-owner disappearing for more than 5 months. Sana has not logged in since 2013, as can be seen here.

Lady Angel Heart stormflower I, stormflower, here by give equal ownership rights of Eden to Lady Angel Heart! She has sig, rp, and tepee rights. The only thing I retain is my ability to veto any breeding partners/mates I deem unfit(though unlikely wink ) Breeding rights will be determined on a case by case bases and posted within the breeding form as to who does or does not have rights to a basket. I also reserve the right to nullify this agreement should Lady disappear from gaia in excess of 6months or more with no means of contact otherwise. <3 I graciously agree to this co-ownership >w< Breaking this officially again(due to no contact clause in excess of 6+months). I know I did before but it was a couple years ago and I give up hunting lol

Kiara Lime Kiara Lime I, Kiara Lime agree to give co-ownership rights of Citrus Lime, to 1. Both owners will have display rights. (signature, teepee, journal, ect.) 2. Nym will have RP and plot rights 3. both owners have rights to baskets and breedings, 4. He is to keep his lifemate 5. Both owners have the right to 1 basket (minimum) from Citrus Lime's breedings. They may choose to keep it or give it away as they please. 6. Basket rights will be determined at the time of the breeding slots, on a case by case basis. 7: Kiara has rights to null co ownership whenever Kiara Lime I, Kiara Lime agree to give co-ownership rights of Karma, to 1. Both owners will have display rights. (signature, teepee, journal, ect.) 2. Nym will have RP and plot rights 3. both owners have rights to baskets and breedings, 4. we both have to agree on the mate if one is presented 5. Both owners have the right to 1 basket (minimum) from Karma's breedings. They may choose to keep it or give it away as they please. 6. Basket rights will be determined at the time of the breeding slots, on a case by case basis. 7: Kiara has rights to null co ownership whenever Kiara Lime I, Kiara Lime agree to give co-ownership rights of Beijing, to 1. Both owners will have display rights. (signature, teepee, journal, ect.) 2. Nym will have RP and plot rights 3. both owners have rights to baskets and breedings, 4. we both have to agree on the mate if one is presented 5. Both owners have the right to 1 basket (minimum) from Beijing's breedings. They may choose to keep it or give it away as they please. 6. Blue_Sparkle27 Wasteland Wyvern I, Wasteland Wyvern, give Blue_Sparkle27, co-ownership rights to Asphodel in a temporary co-ownership specifically so they can use a single breeding to attempt to get a Pawed/Clawed Triwing.  Both - Get Signature Rights - Once Blue_Sparkle27's breeding is complete, either Wasteland Wyvern or Blue_Sparkle27 will break the agreement and return full ownership to Wasteland Wyvern. Blue_Sparkle27's Rights:- Gets FULL CONTROL over ONE breeding and must breed only with Genevieve! - Cannot break the co-ownership to gain full rights. Should Blue_Sparkle27 break the agreement for any reason, full ownership returns to Wasteland Wyvern. - CANNOT: Make life altering decisions such as Lifemating or Death. Wasteland Wyvern's Rights:- Has RP and Teepee Rights. - Control over remaining breedings. - Wasteland Wyvern has the right to cancel the co-ownership at any time for any reason. - CAN: Make life altering decisions such as Lifemate or Death. - In the event of three baskets, Wasteland Wyvern holds no rights to claim ownership of the third.
