Audrey seemed to have a good head on her shoulders and didn’t overestimate her own abilities, which was a good thing. Du readjusted her arms to allow a little more of a comfortable perch for Tenanye to rest in. ”A very good start to your journey, I must say.” It was good to see someone get off to a good start on their journey like that, he hoped that she would find the pokemon that she was looking for soon so that she could train them up. Du know how much patience you needed sometimes in order to catch the pokemon that your after and how frustrating it could be when you were looking for that specific pokemon and not be able to find it. That illusive Flabebe was still a bit of a sore sport for him, so he hoped that Audrey had more luck than he did when it came to finding the pokemon that she was after. ”Well, the first one wasn’t a fire type or flying type. Maybe then next run in will be more to your favour, don’t give up.” It must have been a bit strange for a 13 year old like him to be offering such obvious encouragement to someone who probably didn’t even need it. But at the same time, he felt that he needed to say something at least. Niamh hummed happily and swayed a little bit in amusement at Will’s victory over the Panpour. They were off to a good start, that was for sure!

Good for you on catching one of the pokemon that you wanted!” Du didn’t know if he was happy for Audrey or jealous that she seemed to have a talent for finding what she wanted and… well… he didn’t have that much luck finding pokemon that he wanted. Having searched for so long for the Flabebe that he was never able to catch was testament to that. Oh well, he had enough time to get one, hopefully. Dumuzi used to opportunity to start teaching her pokemon some of the tm’s that he had won during the festival. He would let Audrey do her thing and offer support when he could, but right now it looked like she had everything under control. Dumuzi sat down and rummaged through her bag, she pulled out a random tm and her pokedex. ”Okay… let’s see here…” Du flipped the case over and read what the TM was. Psychic, huh? Well, she knew exactly who to give that too! Dumuzi took out her pokeball and Titania came out of the ball in a crimson splash of color. She stretched a bit and looked around to see a familiar forest. She turned her attention over at Du and moved over to her, an amused, curious little smile spread across her face. ”Hey you, long time no see. I got something for you.” Dumuzi beamed at Titania who tilted her head a little bit as he loaded the Tm into her Pokedex. ”Now… how is this supposed to work?” Du pulled Titania onto her lap so that she could view the entirety of the pokedex with him. Once he got things all figured out, the Pokedex seemed to emit a strange frequency while odd patterns and shapes seemed to pull Titania into a strange trance. Titania started to feel an odd sense of awakening within herself, something that brought a strengthening of her psychic abilities and she could now reach out into the minds around her with a power and presence that she couldn’t have before.”Intelligence is the ability to adapt and change.” Du’s face lit up, he was amazed that Titania was able to speak inside of his mind. It was just like when she met Isis’ Lucario and he was able to speak into her mind, and now Titania was able to do the same thing. Du grinned at that. Excitement entered her being and Titania looked at her. ”Ah, I can communicate with my human now, apparently.” ”You sure can, that’s really exciting, I haven’t had much time to talk with a pokemon before.” ”Yes I suppose it would be… I feel strange…” Du blinked a moment as he looked at Titania, a sudden glow started to envelope her as her form twisted and shifted into a new form. Titania evolved into Kirilia! Du once more pulled his face from an awed expression into a beaming smile. ”Oh wow, Titania, you evolved! After a few buttons, her pokedex released a quiet, high-pitched sound before shooting a small beam of light at Will's forehead. After a moment, it was gone, with a small message on the pokedex's screen.

You still have a bird pokemon to catch and a soon to be trio that you’ll have to strengthen up if you’re going to win that badge. I know that it can seem daunting, but don’t give up! Fortune smiles upon those who work hard and put great effort into things.” Dumuzi started to go through her tm’s again. ”I have one more Tm for you to learn, Titania, then I’ll leave you alone for a while.” ”Very well, can I stay out of the pokeball for a while at least? It feel like it’s been a while sense I was able to walk around.” ”Sure! Alright then… here we go~!” Dumuzi loaded the tm up and brought it in front of Titania, there was an odd frequency that seemed to lull her into a trance and after a while the frequency and the trance ended. It was sent to me by my dad after I got Will here."She said, patting the chespin's head."I had forgotten some things at home, and one of our pet pokemon was having a bit of a breakdown when I left, so he sent them to me with some extra things."She said, smiling. Of course, that wasn't the REAL reason, but Du didn't need to know she was a special agent.
"Hello, Auddie."A voice from behind a nearby tree said. a young woman with pink hair and wearing jeans and a brown leather jacket stepped out."Seems like my little sister's taking her sweet time."
"Amelia!"Audrey jumped to her feet, turning to her 'sister'."Wh-where did you come from!?"
"Oh, I heard from Daddy that you left on your journey and thought to see how you're doing."The pinkette said, grinning.
"It's good to see you again!"Audrey beamed, pulling the other girl into a hug."What are you doing here, 84?"She whispered very quietly during the embrace so that Du and none of the pokemon could hear them.
"Zero wanted me to test you. There are other agents in certain areas too."
"But I'm on vacation!"
"I know, sorry. Just play along."

Finally they pulled apart after the short, near-silent conversation."So, feel up for a battle? Gotta make sure your academics didn't dim your skills~"

”Oh, I see.” Du replied to the information that was given to her, it made sense that parents would send some care packages every now and again, and she could easily see where an attached pokemon would want to go with the person that they were attached too. It made her think of Neptune, and wonder how he was doing? Du really bonded with the pokemon and even though he was his mom’s pokemon, they really did get along well. Neptune was probably mopping around that he couldn’t sleep on his bed anymore and had to stay in his basket. Du did miss Neptune, but he also knew that his mom was taking great care of him, Du would jokingly call Neptune his mom’s first baby. ”So the shy pokemon was the one that was sent from home then?” Du didn’t think that the pokemon that he saw was one that was native to the region. It was about that time that another woman entered their sphere of influence and was quickly embraced by Audrey. So, Audrey was a younger sibling too? It was an interesting thing to note and it made Du think back to his own relationship with his aloof older brother. It was interesting to see how different siblings interacted with each other and how things worked in the family dynamic, these sisters seemed close, or at least on good, friendly terms with each other unlike him and his own brother. Maybe someday they could figure out what went wrong between them and smooth things over and be on good terms again, but as of right now, that was impossible so there was no use dwelling on it.
With the private sisterly conversation wrapping up, Du was introduced to Amelia and Du offered a warm smile in return. ”It’s nice to meet you, Amelia. It must be nice to be able to have a fun little rivalry with your sister. Too bad you two couldn’t have left at the same time, then you could have been rivals with each other and that could have made things all the more exciting.” Hmm… he wondered if things would have turned out if he had gone on a journey as a rival with someone? It would have been safe to assume that the rival would have won, hands down, because of Du’s displeasure of the Pokemon battles. Oh well, who knew what kind of people she might be able to meet within the Contest coordinators? Maybe she could find someone who could push her to try and do more things and do them better. Meh, no use worrying or daydreaming about that now, apparently there was a pokemon battle going to be starting soon.

Dumuzi waited for a while as the sisters caught up and he couldn’t help but ponder over their relationship and how it wove together, trying his best not to draw parallels and differences that they had between the pair of siblings. Du’s mind was once more being driven in a number of different directions at once. At first he was content to just be silent while the girls did their thing, but hauntings from his past bubbled into his mind unintentionally and it wasn’t until he found Niamh pushing her way onto his lap and looked up at him for a moment before licking his chin. He smiled a bit and snuggled his Fairy pokemon and nuzzling her head before he let her go. Titania wasn’t ignorant to these thoughts either as her new Move gave her the ability to glimpse into his mind –intentionally or not- though in her defence, she was still trying to get the hang of her new ability and no intrusion was meant. She stood up and looked towards Niamh and Tenanye. Perhaps it was time to help their human in their own way, to help him get to that place that his aura was at when he was at the festival. Even inside of her pokeball, Titania was still able to sense the shift in his aura, and the happiness that had come of it –at least for the most part. She liked the two humans that she didn’t have a chance to meet, maybe someday she would get a chance. Right now though, they should concentrate on getting Du on his feet. ’Du? I feel as though perhaps we should get going. I know that you promised this other human some companionship, but we still have much to do before we get you into the contest ring. I feel as though it would be more prudent to go forwards, I also have a feeling that a rare opportunity may be waiting for us in Santalune City.’ Dumuzi gave a puzzled look over at Titania, he wasn’t sure what she meant by ‘a rare opportunity’ in Santalune but she seemed like this was something that was going to happen. Maybe it was her psychic abilities? Or maybe she was just wanting to get going herself? He wasn’t sure, but he did stand up and brush the dirt off his person before picking up Tenanye and cradling her in his arms again. He shouldered his bag and gave an apologetic look over to Audrey. ”I’m really sorry, I know I said that I wasn’t in a hurry and that I would travel with you for a while, but it seems like my pokemon want to keep going. I do have a lot of stuff to gather and get ready for my contests… I’m sorry, but I hope that you find that thing that you’re looking for on your adventure! And I wish you good luck with your badges.” Du bowed an apology, goodness, it seemed like he was in such a rush to get things done and get to places lately that he wasn’t sure if he was coming or going. When he rose up again he looked over at Amelia. ”It was a pleasure to meet you as well, Miss Amelia, try and keep your sister out of trouble, hm? I can tell she’s the trouble type.” Du was kidding of course, but hopefully a tease was better to end on than bitter good bye. She really hoped that Audrey would have fun on her journey and he hoped that she was able to meet a lot of new and interesting people and pokemon to keep her company. ”I’m really sorry again. Dumuzi started off towards the City, she supposed that she should start with running around and picking up a few things and over all trying to get the basics of what he was going to need. He was going to need material for his costume, and he absolutely need a magazine or two from Coordinator Culture that Isis suggested for her to check out. Maybe he could get some new ideas for his shows, or at least get an idea of what not to do. He sighed a bit, man… there really was so much to do before his first contest that he was going to be running around for months before he was going to be ready to take the center stage with his pokemon…
