Jumping off ahead of him after he said that Kohane turned around with a smile as she put her hands behind her back. "Good good but I can't do ninjutsu so" she said before her mood suddenly became a bit more serious. "So don't expect a fireball or anything like that" she said her dark eyes flashing for a moment as she already started to cast an genjutsu on Silent.
Putting her fingers to her lips she began making a slow whistling tune. The tune itself was both cold and haunting as the area around the two of them to Silent alone seemed to suddenly began sprouting flowers. "I don't plan to hold back Sensei" she said as the melody stopped and her figure waved for a moment before suddenly bursting into cherry blossom petals.
"Blood stained Blossoms" her voice whispered in his ears as the flowers around them began to shed there petals which rapidly shot towards Silent engulfing him in a barrier of flowers. One of her many genjutsu was already starting on him and if he simply took it her kekkei genkai would take effect. (Only mental and physical attacks no ninjutsu.)

Lucky_Tiger The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Kirinata narrowed her eyes at Nowe, seeing the movement as he tugged on the wires. Gray eyes trailed along the wires, seeing what he was doing. Catching sight of the kunai, she threw herself into a sideways roll. She dodged one kunai and the other two scored glancing hits, one across her bare shoulder and the other across her side. She hissed slightly, then grinned at Nowe. "Not bad. But let me show you my 'blade'." She lashed out with one hand, slicing the air with her fan. A wave of focused wind swept along in it's wake, rushing straight at Nowe. Even as she unleashed that attack, Kirinata was on the move, changing her position. The tiger that should be....isn't....
Nowe dodged to the side, avoiding the blast of air barely. He quickly ran forward, drawing his katana. In his other hand he threw two kunai, to distract her as he moved closer. Once he was close enough, he swung his blade, aiming for her left shoulder. "If your not careful with those wind attacks, you just might make my flames larger." Nowe said as he grinned.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... "I know what I'm doing." Kirinata told him confidently, settling into a taijutsu stance. "The Blade is too compressed. It'll just slice right through your flames." 'And body, so I have to be careful.' When used properly, the move was easily capable of killing - Something she didn't want to do to her new teammate. Snapping one fan shut, she used the metal bar to block the blade, small sparks showering. Her other fan she swung at Nowe, the tips of the ribs sharped to razor sharp points, just as deadly as a blade. The tiger that should be....isn't....

"I hope so, otherwise you might get to visit me in the hospital before our first mission." Nowe said, joking of course. He quickly pulled his sword back and blocked her attack. He stepped to the side and stabbed at her side. If she avoided the attack, then he would swing again, aiming for her closest arm.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Kirinata just laughed at his comment. "I'll be sure to bring you flowers." She said teasingly. She sidestepped the blade, setting her fan underneath it and spinning to shove it away from her. The girl's movements were graceful, making it look more like she was dancing than fighting. When he swung again at her arm, Kiri threw herself into a roll, coming up behind Nowe. She slashed at his back with both open fans. The tiger that should be....isn't....

Nowe was light on his feet, doing a back flip to land behind her and out of harms way. "Can they be blue flowers?" He said, continuing with their silly comments. He began moving into a series of steps, slicing his katana through the air with deadly, yet carefull, precision as he moved into each attack. His attacks were quick, and moved in a flow. He didn't rely on strength, but his speed and movement like his oppenet. "You move pretty well"

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... "I'll be sure to hunt down blue flowers, though they may be plastic." Kirinata told him laughingly. She watched as he flipped away from her. She hadn't really been expecting to land that blow, though it would have been nice. She moved in counter to his steps, sliding around him easily in graceful movements. His attacks she turned aside with little movements, sliding her fan under the blade and using it's own momentum to turn it aside. "Thank you." She said as he complimented her. "I have to say, you're not too shabby yourself." She returned the words with a smile. As she turned aside the blade again and again, she watched carefully. Any time an opening presented itself, she would flick her fan up to try and cut at Nowe's hands. Couldn't use a blade if you couldn't hold it. The tiger that should be....isn't....

Nowe managed to keep his hands safe, though this cost him cuts on his arms as he moved them out of harms way. He needed to be able to use his weapon. When needed, he would pull out a kunai and use as a second weapon, mainly for defending against her second fan. Everytime she attacked, he would do his best to block and strike at any opening he could find. However, attacks did make it through, so he did have a few cuts on him. This is where his training in taijutsu would come in handy.

Kikou watched the battle careful no avoid Kohane's eyes. Knowing some genjutsu he leaned what to avoid. He also took this time to contemplate what the hunting thing was really about. There where a few points he could come up with such as making sure you've understood the briefing before starting a mission, to learn the best way to capture someone alive or it could be a test to see how we handle situations that required planing. What ever the point of the hunt was he was more curious about the dogs, he looked at the two 'why do we have to work with them for our missions. He did say we would be working with the dogs on every mission but we will be a three man team four with Silent.' He could understand having them for later missions but for D-rank and C-rank they seemed a little overkill. He shook his head and focused on the fight trying not to think so much.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Kirinata's shoulders and sides were covered with superficial nicks, payment from times she wasn't quite fast enough to push the blade aside. She settled into a rhythm, her body automatically flowing through one of her kata patterns. It left her mind free to plan. Suddenly, an idea came to her. She pushed aside one of his strikes like she had the others, but this time she did something different. Instead of just pushing it aside and pulling her fan back, she left it tucked under the blade. Setting her second fan onto of the blade, she shoved downwards with one hand and up with the other, hoping to pretty much just flip the sword out of Nowe's grip. The tiger that should be....isn't....

Nowe was expecting her to flip his own blade away. So he was very suprised when he saw his cherished weapon twirling away. Yet, it wouldn't hinder him. He still had his kunai in his hand. Still moving with the flow, knowing that both her fans were busy with his katana, he sliced down at her with the weapon.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Kirinata grinned as the move worked better than she could have hoped. Still in the follow through momentum of the move though, she was too slow at pulling back away from the kunai. She hissed, clenching her teeth with pain as the blade sank into her arm, leaving a long gash down her forearm. She jumped back from Nowe, clutching her arm to her chest. With her good arm, she swung her fan. "Wind Scythe Jutsu!" She pumped chakra into the technique, creating a large gust of cutting wind that swirled around Nowe. Kiri had learned long ago that she could compensate for the small size of the fans by using chakra to enhance the technique. Her wind jutsus were practically jsut as strong as if they'd been used by a Suna battlefan master, with their huge fans. The tiger that should be....isn't....

Nowe put his arms up in defence, clenching his teeth against the pain of the unseeable blades. The force of the wind knocked him off his feet, sending him soaring back into a tree. He hit it hard, falling to the ground. He didn't move at first, but then slowly rose up and laughed, "That was so cool!" He said, using the tree to help himself up. He knew he had lost, and he was ok with it. The fight itself was what mattered to him.

Miki the Okami Ritsuka looked away from everyone so no one could see her eyes water. 'Stop it, Ritsuka!' she scolded herself, 'No crying! No matter how much you want to...' She took a quiet deep breath and looked at Gelo in the eyes, her black eyes with no evidence that she almost cried. "We gonna fight or chit chat like old people all day?" she said, her voice stronger than she felt. Kai still stared at Ritsuka, having no way to actually talk to her master and best friend. The feline's seen more of Ritsuka than her master's team, so-even though she was a cat-she understood the little ninja girl better than them. Gelo chuckled and smiled as he drew both of his heavy blades. he looked at them with a gentle warm smile and whispered something that maybe only Ritsuka could hear"Are you ready... Mom...Dad..."He choked up his hands on the hilts of the swords so he could have maximum control of the longs swords. he took a normal tai jutsu stance. His left foot was far back and out to the side. his body was crouched lower to the ground, his right leg was closer to his body with the knee bent. Both swords we out to the left side
