I was thinking about all of the CW shows I've watched over the years and realized how the shows on that channel love to go through cars within extreme short periods of time. Burn, crash, or other means of destroying cars just to bring a new one into the picture.
Then I thought about Supernatural. No matter what happens to the Impala, the Winchester boys always work on it to put it back together. It may end up having new parts in it but its always the same shell. It's always the same car. The only time they use a different car is due to the Impala being under repair or being too recognizable by the enemy, or additional members have joined them so they use another vehicle to transport everyone.
I love that about Supernatural! Despite being a show on the CW, it breaks every single trend that a typical CW show has. I think that's why I feel its quality is so much better than any of the other shows... and probably while I've fallen into the fandom so much harder than any of the others.
