Party Hat and your personality don't match, or in looks.

I don't really see it as a party hat, more like a sophisticated hat, minus the silver and gold, though those may imply a wealth that the rich may add to their hats in public events to show status.

I'm not a big fan of them either, but I like the hat in general. It's kind of a trade off, the good look for the demeaning tassels.
