-]Cerbera stepped off of the train platform with her gaggle of pokemon and the adorable little red-haired girl that was traveling with her. She took a moment to stretch, leaning and twisting to get a good popping sound from several of the joints in her body. Sure, it wasn't the best idea to do it frequently, but after sitting on the train for so long, it helped to alleviate the soreness. "Ughhhh it's sooooo good to be back in Kalos," she said, glancing over her shoulder at Lua. "Oh, wait...I forgot that I turned off my Holo Caster for the trip...I wonder if I have any messages." Before going any further, the girl oshered her pokemon and Lua over to the side of the path, out of the way, and opened the device. Once it finished starting up, it immediately displayed that she had several messages waiting. One of which, the one that most caught her attention, was one from her new friend Riley. Immediately she texted the girl back.

Holo Caster still out, she played the video the device had captured of Fenghuang's egg hatching, as incredible as it had been. "And here's the little guy that came out of the egg!" Taking the ball from her belt, Cerbera called forth her Ho-oh.[- -]Much to even her surprise though, the adorable puffball was gone. Fenghuang had, it seemed, grown into his full, adult form since last being released. He now stood beside the professor in all his rainbow glory.[-

Upon leaving the professor's lab, Flora went over to her bike before setting Blaze in the basket in the front of it and then picked up Sapphire before setting her in the back seat of the bike as well. She then started to push it towards town to see if she could do a bit of shopping first before going out of town. Her feet bouncing happily as she hummed a soft tune. It made Blaze and Sapphire start to make soft little noises as well in unison to their trainers humming. Her cheeks blushing happily as she watched her two pokemon companions express their happiness to be with her as well.
Once she made it to a small cafe, Flora decided to stop and get some food for the three of them. Ordering some food to go she then made her way to a small grassy area near the cafe. She then pushed the kickstand back out and sat the bike next to a bench and helped Blaze and Sapphire off the bike before she started to pull the food out and put it in front of her pokemon. "You two eat up okay~ I heard that this is the cafe's best sellers." she said gently before the two let out happy sounds before they started to eat their food.
Flora doing the same as she enjoyed the taste of her sweet slightly spicy sandwich. Though while she was eating she hadn't noticed the tiny little scatterbug that was making its way down one of the trees behind the bench to try and steal some food from them. The naughty little bug type seemed to take its hunger out on Blaze which wasn't a good idea. The male fire fox seemed to puff up its fur and let out a loud growl at the thought of his food being stolen, Which resulted in a fight between the two pokemon. Flora had gasped when she saw the sight of the scatterbug try to use stringshot on Blaze.
Standing up she looked at the two and before she could say anything, Blaze had sent a scratch attack towards the scatterbug which had done the damage and knocked the poor thing out. Flora sighe as she rubbed her neck and went to touch Blaze on the head. "Blaze...I think the poor things knocked out. Go eat okay. Ill catch this little guy and we can take it to a pokemon center to make sure its alright." she said gently before Blaze let out a puff of fire from its mouth and turned to return to eating its own food. With Blaze passified by eating, Flora gently threw a pokeball at the knocked out bug type and waited a few seconds before the pokeball chimed and the rocking stopped.
Smiling gently she reached out and gently picked up the pokeball. "Sorry little buggy. But i hope you become good friends with us~" she said gently before latching the ball onto her waist and returning to eating once more before they headed for the pokemon center.

Ezra was almost positive she didn't even know she had any attacks. But, she and Leben were both ahead of Feuer, and Lodern, in terms of strength. He could worry about Trinity's training later. Right now was a perfect chance to see how well Feuer did in battle. And, as luck would have it, a Bunnelby came into view."Feuer, how do you feel about battling?""Fen?"Okay, so she either didn't know what battling was or she was curious as to why he was asking."Do you think you can fight that Bunnelby over there?"Feuer looked at the Bunnelby and then back at Ezra, tilting her head with a look of concern. He knew that look; it was the same look his sister gave him when he explained what trainers were. Feuer didn't understand why she had to fight when it did nothing wrong."Fighting will help you get stronger. Terrence didn't know how much time had passed since he first got on the train from little root town. However, he knew that he seriously wasn't feeling well. He knew that this was going to be a struggle, but not this big of a struggle. He groaned softly, plastering his forehead against the window. It seemed that they were almost at their destination, and it couldn't come any sooner. Az stirred, looking up at him with sleep glazed eyes. Terrence gave him a week smile, before closing his own eyes to rest. He felt Az move around, and when he opened his eyes he felt something heavy on his head. He looked up to see Az staring down at him with a concerned expression. He just moved his eyes towards the blurred environment outside "i'm ok" he said. However, that didn't seem to convince the grass-type as Az placed his cool palms on his cheek. Terrence looked up again as Az tapped his cheek "mhh... ok ok... m'just a little car sick, I'll be ok once we get off the train" he said. Az seemed to understand, and jumped back down into his lap as he waited patiently. Once the train came to a slow stop, Terrence looked outside the window one last time before he grabbed his things slowly. He groaned a bit, placing a hand on his head. That was rough.
Once he gathered his bag, he walked out and went to seek out shelter. It was a nice day here in Kalos, and he hoped that it wouldn't rain. He shivered at the thought, rain often times made his condition worse. As Terrence walked away form the station, Az sat on his shoulder. Terrence didn't mind much since Az wasn't too terribly heavy. Az crossed his arms, his little head resting against his neck softly as Az checked the surrounding area. Terrence on the other hand was a bit distracted. He felt terrible right now, and wasn't really paying much attention to where he was going. That at his mind went back to Ivy, the legendary pokemon had come to him on a whim, stating that it had seen him around the hospital. The legendary pokemon seemed concerned, and stated that she had vowed to protect him on his journey. Why she wanted to protect him, Terrence didn't know. However, for some reason the pokemon had ignored him. Maybe it had to do with the fact that she had warned him that she'd help once he was really needed it? Needless to say when that time was he didn't know. Ivy sort of just came out to eat food and then go back into her pokeball, she didn't talk with him all that much. It saddened Terrence a bit and he hoped in the future she's at least open up to him.

Terrence pursed his lips, as his fingertips glided over Ivy's pokeball. Should he let her out to get some fresh air? It had been a while since she had been out, and she might appreciate it if he did. Sure she might ignore him again, but at least she'd be able to stretch her legs a bit. Terrence was so absorbed thinking about letting his other pokemon out that he hadn't originally noticed the togetic hovering over them. Az on the other hand did notice, and bolted up and jumped to Terrence's head. The little treecko glared, moving its little hand back and forth as if trying to shoo the other pokemon away. Terrence blinked, and jumped a bit surprised as he noticed just how close the other pokemon was. What kind of pokemon was that?! He was interested in seeing what pokemon species it was, however, but at the same time he didn't know if he should really be getting involved with an unknown pokemon. He heard a voice coming from a direction behind him, and he turned as a guy walked over and told the pokemon to leave him alone. It seemed that this curious pokemon belonged to him, and Terrence watched as the man seemed to scold the pokemon a bit for invading Terrence's space. Terrence didn't really know what to say, he wasn't particularly the most social creature. Az on the other hand seemed to be a lot more vocal than him ''tree, treecko tre trec treecko!" he shouted still perched on his head.
Terrence quickly reached up and held the rather angry Az in his arms. Az seemed to struggle a bit, but eventually gave up and pouted a bit as he hugged Terrence. Though the grass-type was definitely still staring towards the flying-types general direction. Terrence then noticed that the man was walking towards them, and he was sort of panicking inside. What was he supposed to do in this situation? He was starting to hyperventilate a bit, and the giant pokemon behind the guy didn't help much either. He's never seen anything that big before up close! Ivy's pokeball seemed to rattle hysterically, and Terrence jumped a bit as he tried to calm it down. Why was she doing this now?! Terrence gulped, sweating a bit as the guy apologized and stated that Trinity could be a bit too friendly. He chewed the inside of his cheek "oh.. oh it's um... it's ok, I know that sometimes pokemon get too excited, so... don't sweat it" he managed to say. He opened his mouth to tell the other man to ask about his pokemon when Ivy's pokeball once again rattle wildly. Terrence jumped removing the ball from his bag, and flinching away as it popped open. Ivy stood in front of him, eyeing the other legendary that the man had. Terrence went pale "I... Ivy!" he shouted, moving to her side. Terrence tried to get her to not stare, but she just ignored him like usual "Hey it's not polite to-" he stopped as Ivy looked at him 'shush child' she replied. Terrence blinked and looked at her sheepishly, before shutting his mouth. He knew better than to argue with her after all. Ivy then moved her head to look at the pokemon and people before her. Her eyes narrowed at Leben 'greetings, I apologize for Terrence's rather timid nature. He's not used to being around other people' she said. Terrence pouted "hey!" he shouted. Ivy kept ignoring him as she moved, circling them a bit before stopping to look at Ezra "you boy, I trust you mean no harm?"she questioned, her eyes looking straight into his. Terrence threw sighed, staring at the ground. Here we go again, Ivy always did this! It was weird cause she only did it to other trainers that got close, it wasn't like the guy was going to attack him or anything. He place a hand on his head, before shaking it "oh Arceus help me" he muttered, looking at the boy apologetically. Ivy sure confused him with her actions, she ignored him most of the time only coming out when she was observing people who got close. In a sense, Ivy was like a protective mother. But, she had no intention of apologizing because she accomplished what she wanted to. He looked back at the other trainer when he seemed to have some kind of episode and a Pokemon that wasn't that taller than him appeared. The trainer seemed flustered at its appearance, and Ezra's brows shot up when it actually shushed him before addressing Leben."Nor is my Ezra."Ezra glared up at Leben again, thinking he was more along the lines of a parent that lived to embarrass their kid rather than a companion, but he jumped suddenly when the other legendary addressed him."No, of course not. He hasn't done anything to me. Why would I hurt him?"Were all deer-like Pokemon as cautious as Leben and Ivy were? Ezra tilted his head a bit then as he wondered what kind of Pokemon Ivy was. He knew she was a legendary because he remembered seeing something like her in a book of legends, but he couldn't remember what species she was."...I'm Ezra. I really am sorry for Trinity's behavior. Terrence thumbed the empty pokeball in his hands, before looking up at the boy again. He blinked a bit when Ezra stated that the pokemon wasn't as excited as she was devious. Perplexed, Terrence tilted his head a bit to the side. What was that supposed to mean? Was there another meaning behind his pokemon's actions? Wasn't she just curious? He didn't know if he should ask what exactly he meant by that or not, however, the coughing and red colored cheeks the boy had told him that maybe he should just keep his trap shut. So he did exactly that, and didn't mention it again since it seemed the boy didn't seem to have meant to say that much out loud. Then there was Ivy, and to say that Terrence was embarrassed was an understatement. He sort of wanted to go hide in a hole and never come out of it. He perked up a bit as the legendary next to Ezra stated that the boy was the same as him. That made him a bit less embarrassed, at least it wasn't just his legendary pokemon that seemed to baby him and say a bunch of embarrassing things. Terrence gave him a look of understanding, he knew how that felt. When the boy spoke up to answer Ivy's question, he held his breath. Dear Arceus, don't let Ivy do something stupid like the last two times, those were not good memories for him at all! Ivy studied him as he answered that Terrence hadn't done anything to him so what reason did he have to attack him.
There was silence for a bit, Ivy's gaze never leaving the boys. Her eyes narrowed, as she circled him a few more times. What was Ivy a shark circling its prey?! Yeah, Terrence definitely wanted to hide in a hole now. Terrence shook his head, hoping to Arceus that Ivy didn't attack the poor boy. Ivy did one more lap, before stepping next to Terrence. She nudged Terrence, causing him to jump a bit and look up at her. Ivy made a small motion with her nuzzle "he's not lying, you can trust this one... for now. Make sure to take care of yourself, you've already push yourself too hard. Don't make me come out here to save your sorry behind, I'll acknowledge you when you've become stronger. Until then, be careful" she said, her gaze softening slightly. Terrence had his mouth hanging open. That was the most Ivy had ever spoken to him before! He gave her a soft smile, watching as Ivy walked over to Leben "Terrence can be a handful, I'm sure I can leave him in your hands? It is not time for me to help him just yet, but he's like a child to me so I can't help myself sometimes" she whispered, chuckling a bit as she spoke to the other legendary. Terrence might not have known, but Ivy has watched over him since he was a child. She was always with him, even if Terrence didn't know that. She wanted what was best for him, and she only ignored him because she didn't want him to rely too heavily on her. Terrence couldn't hear what it was that Ivy had told the other legendary, but he just stared as Ivy trotted back over and tapped her pokeball. With a bright light she vanished back into her pokeball. That was fast.
Terrence stared sheepishly at the other two, rubbing the back of his head "haa... sorry about that um... Ivy sort of just... does her own thing, she... she means well though I promise!" he said a bit nervously. Terrence then looked over at the boy who introduced himself as Ezra, and apologized for Trinitiy's behavior. Terrence moved his eyes down to the little Treecko in his arms. He blushed a bit embarrassed "y... you don't have to apologize if anyone one um... should apologize it's me, Ivy... well yeah... she's a handful I'm sorry" he said, bowing a bit. How embarrassing! His eyes looked at the ground, before he timidly looked back up at Ezra "you um... might have already heard from Ivy but I'm Terrence, this little guy here is Az. I think Az here was just a little spooked, he's well... how should I put this... protective? Though it seems like all my pokemon are that way, I try to correct it but well... you know how pokemon get" he said, giving him an apologetic smile.

He wasn't worried about being attacked because he knew he had no reason to worry; Ezra had been telling the truth and if anyone could tell, it was definitely a legendary. However, the act of actually circling him made him feel like he was some kind of potential meal for the creature. Thankfully, however, Ivy approved him him - somewhat - and Ezra visibly relaxed. He'd been tense? Listening to her as she spoke to Terrence, Ezra blinked. Was Terrence sick in some way?"Hands? I would look very strange with hands. But, I am already watching over one child; another would not be a problem.""I'm not a baby, Leben.""Isn't that what a child would say?"Ezra sighed and covered his face at Leben's teasing, the Xerneas giving his shoulder a small bump with his muzzle before the teen looked back at Terrence."It's alright. Terrence felt a bit embarrassed by Ivy's behavior, how could he let her do that so someone who had yet to do anything? He just didn't understand what was going through the legendary pokemon'd head. First she appears in front of him, telling him that she'd protect him and that she was going to travel with him. Then for the whole time they do travel, she ignores him completely. Sure there was times where she had saved him, but it was just weird. Why wouldn't she talk to him when they were alone? Then just then Terrence watched as Ivy seemed to get along rather well with the other deer legendary that Ezra had. What they were talking about, Terrence couldn't tell. That sort of annoyed him a bit, he just hoped the legendary pokemon wasn't dragging them into something they didn't need to be concerned with. Terrence did catch how Ezra mentioned he wasn't a baby, and again Terrence felt some sort of connection with the guy. All his pokemon treated him like a child who needed to be protected. Obviously it was because they knew of his condition, and it wasn't like he hated them for it. I was just he didn't want to feel so weak, so helpless. He frowned, he didn't want to feel like he was dragging his own pokemon down like he was some worthless piece of baggage.
Terrence looked up to see a bit of a touching scene between Ezra and Leben, and Terrence felt just a bit envious. He wished that Ivy was that open with him, Ivy was sort of like a complex puzzle that Terrence just didn't know how to solve. It sort of made him depressed at times, not that he'd ever admit that out loud. Terrence turned back to Ezra as he stated that legendaries could be very careful, more so than other. Terrence agreed with that statement, at least that's what it seemed like to him so far. He chewed the inside of his cheek as Ezra stated that he wished that Leben would go into his ball sometimes like Ivy does. Terrence gave him a weak smile "yeah..." he commented. He rubbed the side of his arm awkwardly 'if only it were sometimes and not all the time' he thought sadly.
He jumped a bit startled himself when Ezra let out a startled shout. When Terrence realized that it was just Ezra's pokemon surprising him, Terrence let out a sigh of relieve his hand resting a bit on his heart. At least it wasn't anything serious. Terrence wasn't sure if Ezra was totally here with him, but that wasn't his business so he didn't say anything. Terrence listened as Ezra stated that it was a good sign, since it meant his pokemon already liked him enough to worry. He didn't argue with that point, since it was true. However, in Terrence's case his pokemon worried about everything, and that was the problem. He didn't speak about that though, he didn't want Ezra to know about his condition. He didn't want the guy to pity him for it, and he was sure that the guy would probably be annoyed with him. Most people were when they found out, that or they would treat him like glass. He didn't want that, and he was perfectly capable of doing things on his own without breaking.
Terrence raised a brow as Ezra stated that it wasn't pleasant to be attacked by a pokemon. That was interesting, sure Terrence has been attacked before but it was by a wild pokemon. Not to mention they didn't even get close to him because his pokemon jumped into protection mode. He looked at Ezra "I see, it... well... it's never fun to be attacked by... er... anything" he said softly. Terrence didn't really know what else to do, maybe he should say goodbye? Was he bugging them? He didn't really know what to do in this situation, and a part of him wondered why he was even still here. He pursed his lips, Az looking at him. Az looked at Ezra, before glancing at Leben and then back to Ezra. Az seemed to have a lot of respect for the larger pokemon, and so he tapped Terrence's cheek multiple times before pointing at Ezra and then back at Terrence himself. Terrence gave him a confused look. What was that all about? He thought more on it, before he realized Az was pointing at the both of them. He moved his eyes to the other boy, was Az telling him to be with the other boy? He shook his head, Az wanted him to travel with Ezra? That really confused him, how did Az come to the conclusion he practically hated the guy a few minutes ago.
He thought about it, traveling with another person could be beneficial, but did Terrence really want to get involved with someone else? He wasn't exactly Mr. Social. In fact he was pretty sure he wouldn't be able to help all that much, plus what did Terrence know about the guy? He didn't know all that much about him, and Terrence didn't know if he wanted to lie about his illness if they were indeed going to travel together. Terrence refused to say anything regarding his illness. He didn't want to see him looked at him with... with those eyes that gleamed with pity. Terrence wasn't some weak hospital patient that needed to be watched twenty-four hours a day. He could handle himself, and there was also the fact he didn't want the other to think of him as a burden. If anything that hurt more than people giving him pity, he didn't want to let the guy down. He didn't want Ezra to step around him like he was a ticking-time bomb. No, no he didn't want to have to explain himself so it was better if he just stayed by himself. He wasn't sure what facial expressions he was making at the time, but he tried not to show that he was thinking intently about something. He bit his lip, his eyes starting at the the ground.

Heather led the way out of the laboratory and into the small town of Vaniville, her humming evolving into full song as she practically skipped ahead. Lysander followed quickly after, perking up a bit as he recognized the song. "Happy ever after, oh~ How could I ask for more?" Heather sang in a clear voice, starting in a lower alto range before making the smooth transition into soprano. She spun around quickly, hand extended out she pointed at her brother as she rocked her hips from side to side. "Life time of laughter, at the expense of the death of a bachelor!"
She continued to dance, moving her body this way and that, and continued on, eventually dropping back into a lower pitch, before she had finished her song. Lysander raised an eyebrow. "You're excited," he mused, amidst his light applause. Heather beamed back at him before she began walking backwards, trying to actually get them moving all while maintaining eye contact with her brother. "Of course! Aren't you? This is it, our first adventure, and we're doing it together!" The younger girl lifted Cadenza, who up until now and simply been enjoying the dancing of his trainer as wild as her moves were, up higher into her arms. Her attitude was infectious and soon the musical Spinda was squirming about, performing his own dance show.
Lysander smirked, the only expression he'd allow to cross his face at the moment, before taking a few strides to take the lead, messing Heather's hair in the process. "C'mon, you'll have more time to cheer while we're moving," he instructed. Heather pouted, pulling Cadenza to rest against her hip so that she could free her other hand up to fix her hair, but when she looked up she caught a glimpse of Lysander's amused smile before he turned around fully, hands falling into his pockets.
