"There was three," His grunted as he tried to remember the third. "Female Human, no... Basilisk... in human form? Small." Though, given his size, he would have called most giants small.

Giving the pair a second look for the third member; he soon determined that the third was shopping. Which brought a second thought to his head; turning to the nearest stall the blackscale slammed his fist on the table, to get the shopkeep's attention. "Fire of the Alchemist, tell me who would sell it?"

"Probably an alchemist." The shopkeep said.  

[Xun Ira]

"Where?"

After a quick glance around Petra spots her money bag. It was unique to her as it was made out of shed scales from her true form. iIt was in the hands of a small individual that looked to be trying to disappear in a bigger crowd. Petra's red tear-filled eyes begin to glow as her despair melts away to anger.

Petra begins to sneak towards the individual, hoping to snatch back her belongings without to much trouble. Otherwise she looked quite ready to use her monstrous abilities if he tries to bolt or put up a struggle.

((8 Move Silently check to get up next to the individual and then grab her bag. If this fails and he tries to run or fight, she will use her hardening gaze (DC17 fort, 1d2 dex damage -10 feet moment ) if he can see her. If he for some reason cant see her she will use Nature Petrifaction to turn his clothes and equipment to stone (DC15 Ref))

"In the market place just three shops down" The shopkeep said to the lizard.  

[Kowsauni]

Petra glares angrily at the individual, who couldn't have been much smaller then her, however, the glowing soon fades from her eyes. She quietly warns him in her slow speech. "Don't...ever...try to...rob...me...again."

This gold was enormously important to Petra. It was all the money she had ever had. It had been collected from a few different adventurers that had tried to kill her and she had no means of replacing it if it was lost or stolen. Though she would never openly admit to it, she was secretly saving it as a dowry to present to Tristen if she ever found him again...and if he would accept her as his bride.

With her money purse now clasped tightly in her hands, Petra turns around and heads back into the shop. She wipes the tears from her eyes and then re-approaches the shopkeeper's counter. "Um...sorry...how much...for...the supplies?"

"You know I will cut you a deal. For ten days of rations ill take one silver. Its not like anybody buys rations anymore with the amount of strange diets and magic food making." The shopkeep laughed a bit. "Might go into making equipment for nonhumanoids."  

[Kowsauni]

"Well...I....like...human food...thank you...for...the discount." For a moment Petra looked like she was going to pay up and leave but then she spoke up with another question. "Oh...do...you...sell...bedrolls...backpacks...rope? Bedrolls...make...the ground...much...more comfortable..."

That's right, with this form, she did not have to rough it anymore and live like a beast. From now on she would live like a human and enjoy the comforts that it brought."

"Three gold for a backpack, two silver for a bedroll and two gold for fifty feet off rope." The shopkeeper said as he brought out the supplies.  

[Kowsauni]

Upon being presented with the rest of the supplies she requested, Petra would pull the coinage from her purse and happily pay for the items. As small as it was, this was her first step into a different world. Petra would ask one further question of the man before heading on her way. "Thank you..for...your help...um...do... you know...where...I can...get...health potions."

"Look for the shop with a bubbling vial sign in front of it." The shop keep told the young lady. "Safe travels."

With a huff S'vass turned and pushed his way to the alchemist shop.

"Ten Fire of the Alchemist."

Having watched Petra disappear into the crowd; procuring goods for the trip, a common task for many, he guessed. Fearing that she would get lost, if they had gone too much further. Syn clicked his blades together, to get the inevitable's attention, as he slowed his movement to a near-halt near the west gate.  

[Kowsauni]

"Thank you." Petra would do a little bow then exit from the shop. She would then walk down the street taking in all the sights and sounds of the city once more. This really was a spectacular place to her, though she kept a much tighter grip on her money purse now. Eventually she came across the sign that the Shopkeeper had described to her and walked into the building beneath it.

Once inside Petra's somber red eyes were immediately drawn to the enormous lizard man demanding some kind of potion at the counter. She felt like she had seen him at the society chambers but she couldn't remember for certain. Nonetheless, Petra quietly waited behind the giant so she could conduct her business once he was done.

"Five hundred gold lizard boy." The merchant said to the overgrown bipedal lizard.
