Though at one time the child's gaze would be filled with the view of her native classroom, in rather short order it would be filled with nothing but the dark, rough sight of burlap. It was a sack. She was in that sack. Her world would quite literally turn upside down as the burlap sack was swung over someone shoulder, a boisterous laugh filling her ears accompanied by the heavy footsteps of someone racing down the hallway!

The freshly certified Trainer entered the class and looked around. How was he supposed to know who to look for or speak to about his continued training when he knew nobody there. Perhaps if that disembodied voice or the woman at the Pokelot place had told him someone to look out for he'd have a better handle on himself and his surroundings.
As if in answer to the child's concerns a man would appear near the back of the room, rising from the crouch which had allowed the many desks to obscure his form. He certainly didn't look like a Professor, with brown hair in disarray and a stained lab coat splattered with Arceus knew what. This was because of course he wasn't a Professor, just an assistant made to deal with minor matters in absence of those in charge. "So you're the new kid....let's make this quick..." The man grumbled, scratching his head as he began wandering over "...I've still got experiments on the boil." Without any further warning on the subject the man would thrust out a plastic bag with one arm, the contents of which were three pokeballs and a single potion. "You are to go to Beginner Island. Once there you must capture a minimum of one Pokemon. Additionally you must find a chunk of Amber. You can get there by going around back of the Pokemon Center and taking a boat back from the docks. Really little more then a rowboat and a water-type, but you'll get there alive...probably." With all that said the man would then promptly stick a finger in his ear and start cleaning it "If you've got any questions ask them now, or go. I've got things to do" He stated, obviously caring very little about the well being of this new student.

Ai watched as the man raised and offered up a plastic bag. Taking it and peering inside, he removed its contents and placed them into his own bag before setting the plastic on one of the desk tops. This man seemed more intent to get back to nap on the couch or whatever strange thing men in coats did to cause such stains. Rather than asking whatever questions he had about capturing a Pokemon, he decided to leave the rude and seemingly pushy man and figure it out on his own. With three Pokeballs to test on surely one of them would succeed in what he was going to attempt.
"Thank you. I'll be off now."
With that, he turned and began to trek to the Pokemon Center. It was normally a building easy to find so he shouldn't have too much trouble making it without further direction.
