I figured as much.
The more expensive items are easier to follow, as they normally have a pretty solid evolving schedule. Yes, the smaller ones can be a ittle erratic, or have long periods where they don't evolve.
Items go anywhere from evolving once every month (The Dandiidoodad Spore, Dionaesil, Experiment) to once every week (Pora Ice)

So is the Furugasa a three week? (like: evolves this week, goes 2 more weeks, then evolves the week after)

Like you said, it evolved this week and won't evolve for another 2 weeks.
Enchanted Book is another 3 weeker.

Hmmm....
Well I hope you can turn into the fox. That would be nice. I can see some more clothing poses.
And possibly some other things. Inari is the God/Goddess of fertility, rice, agriculture, foxes, industry, and worldly success.
