 The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... "Hey Kohane!" Kirinata called back to her. "I'm gonna try a new technique, so don't worry if you feel any sudden winds." She thought it was only fair to warn the other genin before she started. Pulling out her fans caused a slight stir among the merchants, the weapons being rather unusual around here. Ignoring them, she set to work, carefully manipulating the air around the merchants, creating a small stream. It ran in a circled around them. She left it to circle, setting her fans away. Reaching through her chakra, she was pleased to feel the jutsu working properly. Now she would know if anything crossed the faint wind stream.  The tiger that should be....isn't....

Watching the move it had always made kohane wish she had the ability to do Ninjutsu. But no matter how it seemed she never could pick up anything even some of the simple one's were like trying to learn an S-class move.

Ichi decided to test out his new jutsu and made the handsigns again but in rapid succession and said, "Plant style, Nightmare Mutation Jutsu." His hands lengthened as two more thumbs and two more pinky fingers grew on each hand.
Kohaku looked like he was confused, "Wait, you're chakra is of a fire type, and you thusly can't use jutsu requiring other types. So how did that work?"
Ichi smiled, "I use the species that I'm seeking traits of as the type. Since I chose plant, I gained 4 more digits on each hand, making my arrangement of fingers on each hand similar to the veins of a leaf. The change is permanent though, so I have to make sure the traits gained are useful."
Kohaku's left eye was twitching at this point. The kid had created a jutsu that could be a forbidden jutsu within a matter of days. It was not a comforting thought that the kid was only thirteen and now had the ability to take traits form species around him and make himself stronger. He realized that The ultimate goal of this jutsu was for offense, but the end result was something far more than that. Kohaku realized that If ichi used that jutsu too many times, he'd become a demon in appearance and in mentality, and that he could end up killing them all if his mind was lost in the transformations. After the Mission, he was going to have to make a full report to the Hokage on the matter if he could reach him.

Nowe did his handsigns and made three shadow clones. They dashed forward, splitting up after they went a few feet. A little over half an hour passed before Nowe said anything. "There doesn't seem to be any danger for a few miles.."

Ichi made a few handsigns and used his tiny self jutsu. He then looked up at Nowe and asked, "Nowe, I have a request. Would it be alright if I thought of you as my big brother? I know we're on a mission and I know this is a strange request but can I?"
Kohaku smiled and patted Nowe on the shoulder, "Good job kid. Now to see if The clones missed anything..."

Kikou was underneath the merchants popping his head out now and then for air and to see what was going on

Keeping her head on a constant swivel Kohane kept an eye out for anything so far there trip had been rather easy. "Guess I was wrong to even worry" she muttered to herself. It didn't bother her tho whether they fought someone or not if the merchant's got there safely that was all that really mattered.

Nowe looked over at Ichi oddly. What kind of a question is that? Especially to someone you don't know. "If thats how you think of me then go ahead. Not like I can control your thoughts." Nowe said. He looked back towards Zane, "I think you should be infront. Your eye can track things better then most."

Kinuyama sighed as he followed the young ninjas, he hummed a small melody, but made no remark towards the Wind Jutsu Kirinata used.

Looking back over her shoulder Kohane looked at the jonin assigned to there squad. She didn't have any real data on him outside of a few of his moves. "Ghost" she muttered a name she had contrived for him as he never seemed to be taken any notice of as a ninja. Turning her attention back to the front she kept her eyes open and her sense keen. If anything did happen she would be able to take care of it quickly more then likely.

Kinuyama mumbled back, hearing the name he was given. "Nashi-jutsu." His reply was not a technique, but a name for Kohane. He resumed his humming with a sigh.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Kirinata glanced backwards, feeling someone disturb her circle of wind. Seeing the jonin, she relaxed, taking her hands off the fan it had automatically gone to. She turned back to face forwards, ignoring the muttering between Kohane and the jonin. She kept her attention outwards, though she was always keeping tabs on her wind circle. The tiger that should be....isn't....

"Probably around the middle, that way you can give back up when it's needed." Nowe said. He wasn't exactly sure what he was doing. He, Kiri, and Zane had always moved in sync with each other. He missed being a team with those guys. Sure Zane was here, but the full thing was better then two thirds.
