It would’ve been a straight up lie to say that Sebastian wasn’t some level of unnerved by Jade’s actions. Unconsciously he’d taken a step closer to the counter as he watched the interaction, a concerned frown etched on his face as he did. What … was her deal, exactly? Had he gone and offended yet another pokemon somehow? Which was impressive, if not odd seeing as how he hadn’t really had any interactions with Jade in particular.

He was half tempted to ask if something had happened during the battle after the little commotion, but held his tongue. As if on cue, Nurse Joy returned with his pokeballs and, surprisingly, an out of ball Gin. Ge gave a curious frown as she chirped and flailed her little limbs at him greeting before turning his attention back to the cowboy, thinking a moment.
"Uhm…," There was actually probably a thing or two he should handle then and there… but he didn’t want to hold them up and potentially miss the train. A second or so more of thinking as he reattached his pokeballs and he gave a nod. "Ya, I’m good. Let’s get going to the train station." He could deal all the things he had to deal with later, preferably after they were on the train and on their way to Hoenn. He glanced back at Gin, who was still sitting on the counter, flailing her little limbs at him as though motioning to be carried. "Whimsi!" Sebastian still gave her a quizzical frown but conceded, picking her up and sort of mashing down the cotton fluff so that he could comfortably hold her. ╔═══════════════════════════════════════════════╗ The pair of Iwaizumi and Toru reminisced about their time at the JR league and caught up with one another on their gym journey so far. Toru hadn’t realized just how nice having a friend around was. Iwaizumi filled Toru in on the others who had also set of on an adventure, Shizumi and Ryu in Sinnoh, Gatta in Hoenn, Iwaizumi in Kalos, and now Toru in Johto. The quintet of prodigal trainers showed Toru that one rival wasn’t enough, he knew all four trainers were just as skilled as Iwaizumi, although he didn’t know whether or not they were on his level, he was looking forward to finding out. Iwaizumi had given him the numbers of the other four to get in contact with them and see if they could arrange a battle or meeting at some point in the future. The pair trained together for a while longer, Iwaizumi helped the trainer unlock the potentials of Tobio and Yamamoto helping evolve the pair with some intense sparring with his Nidoqueen and Starmie. It wasn’t too much longer before he made off for Shalour, leaving Toru on his own in Luminose once again. The time went pretty quickly when spending it together. Iwaizumi leaving meant that he would be back on his own, but that wasn’t too bad, he enjoyed the company and wanted to head back to his own journey now. Jay could only give an appreciated nod at Sebastian's congratulations. The man wasn't the only one unnerved by Jade's actions-- he was still bothered by it, too. There was something wrong with that pokemon or something; all the training in that house, with the ghosts, hadn't been that long ago. Koda may have gotten the majority of them, but it's not like he kept her cooped up in her pokeball that long. And she was already like this? Yeah... something was off. He would just have to try and let her out to train her more, or something. Maybe once they got to Hoenn.
He quirked an eyebrow as Sebastian seemed to uncertainly agree to get moving. "Yew sure?" he asked, shifting his weight a bit. He wasn't trying to rush things or anything... With Gin semi-nestled into his arms Sebastian gave another nod. "Yup! I’m sure, don’t worry about it." He remarked, and with that turned and headed out the door with Jay and his pokemon, taking the lead again as they started to make their way to the train depot. He was beginning to notice this was a thing; but he didn’t really mind too much. At least he was… kind of being helpful?
He had to take a glance a map to get his bearings, beginning his way through the city. "Mauville? Okay then…," He inquired curiously, head tilting a bit as he considered it. The region book had mentioned a town like that, as well as it being a destination he could’ve opted for when he came from Kanto on the train the first time. A little more confident at the thought, he maneuvered the way to the train station in a timely fashion. He led the way up to the ticket booth, purchasing a ticket and then stepping aside so Jay could do the same. Once that was said and done he took a seat on a bench, waiting for the few minutes to pass before they could board the train.
Gin wiggled in his lap as they waited, still wiggling her limbs and patting at the strange horns on the side of her head. This was still very new and very weird to her. Her attention was diverted though by the approaching sounds of the train coming. It was certainly loud. Sebastian perked up a bit as well before glancing back at Jay. It'd probably be nice to make some conversation, but he wasn't sure what to talk about when it came to contests. "So, do you think contests are easy to catch on to?" He inquired. It looked like a lot of work after all.

Jacque followed along at Sebastian's heel, or close to it, his hands in his pockets with his eyes closed and his head bowed. Mimey toddled along just behind him, and eventually got a ride on Mary Lee, but when it came time to arriving at the train station, Jay paused. He turned his head, listening to everyone nearby, and returned the three pokemon he had out. He released Zoey instead, letting the zubat swoop down to rest on his shoulder, and then straightening up. He proceeded a bit more easily with her squeaking and helping him echolocate, focusing on trying not to run into anyone, or anything. Sebastian still helped by leading the way a bit, but he wasn't relying quite as much on his footsteps anymore.

Sometime later, after Avikna had finally chased off the ruffians who dared disturb her while she was training, the hot-headed red-head had found herself in the North Lumiose Pokemon Center. With her Pokemon freshly rejuvenated, Avikna was set on leaving for the gym pronto. she was done hoping this place could offer Zelda enough experience to get stronger, the same with Lexera. Ule'tra and Terra would be fine on their own in the gym. Though as she left, she felt... odd. Like someone holding her shoulder directing her north, towards the exit of Lumiose City. This was the first time she'd ever received such a feeling and it concerned her. Mave stopped at her side, sitting down with a curious look in her eyes. 'Are we not leaving?' The wolf inquired. "Yes, we are. Though... I'm honestly not in the mood to challenge the gym now." Glancing down at Mave for a moment she stared at the wolf for a moment before glancing back up towards the exit. That was a lie, and Mave knew it all to well, it frustrated Avikna. "No, I just get this feeling we should leave the gym for another time. I can't think straight with my mind set on making Lexera and Zelda stronger." At least now she was being more honest with herself now. Mave cocked her head some in thought. 'What other region could we molly whoop?' "Where did you learn that phrase from?" The wolf had never used that phrase before now. Mave shrugged her shoulders. Perhaps she'd heard it when they traveled the streets? "Whatever... Yes, I suppose there is. Why don't we take a quick visit back to Kanto.... That sounds the most palpable." The memories of that region sprung up to front row in Avikna's mind, causing the wolf to send a feeling of second guessing towards Avikna. Was that the best course of action?
Mave wanted to protest, but she knew darn well the only way to change Avikna's mind once it's made up was to make her have no choice but to change it. Mave joined her trainer outside, waiting patiently for the human to call out Arietty, her trusty flier. Mounting the large lizard, the trio took off into the air. Mid-air, while Avikna took the time to get in some rest, Mave divulged a plan with Arietty, in Pokespeak of course. Arietty thought on this plan, and nodded in agreement. They'd instead make a pit stop in Johto. Avikna wasn't going to be happy, but Mave just didn't feel right waltzing into Kanto.

Paying the price for himself and his sister the pair entered the museum. Evie's friend from Kanto had two pieces of art on display. One was the first Pokemon battle ever in the Kanto league finals, a Gengar battling a Nidorino. The image looked like the Gengar was using shadow claw to attack the Nidorino who was crouched low to better survive the attack. Moving on to the next frame Evie blushed even deeper and Simon smirked, she must have confided in her friend about her wanting to one day own one of the legendary beasts as it was a battle chatelaine who you wouldn't know was Evie unless you saw her often enough. She was battling a trainer who was using Dragonite, Garchomp and Haxorus while she was using Raikou, Entei and Suicune. "Looks awesome right?"Evie nodded. After a few more minutes Simon pulled her aside to the main desk where they asked if Evie's gift had come in as well. Opening the box they saw three items and a note, the note clarified that these weren't real just stones he had crafted to look like them. The three items were replicas of the three stones needed to summon the beasts. Simon let Evie read the note alone as he checked out the Magma, Aurora and Bolt Stones, there was a mark on them to prove they were fakes but it was cool none the less.

When Evie's Pokenav rang Simon told her he'd be outside and gave her a kiss on the cheek before leaving her. Outside Simon looked around at the much busier city, Kiloude was busy because of the battle mansion but the entire city of Lumiose was so much more. The gym, the museum, a movie studio and so much more. Walking down one of the many alley ways Simon was stopped by a trainer looking to battle. Knowing the area and that Baltoy should be strong enough to battle on its own Simon agreed. The trainer, Eddy, was a psychic trainer so it might be a difficult but good battle as Baltoy came out. Eddy's first Pokemon was Hypno and Baltoy just spun in place there but lashed out with the powerful ancient power and Simon knew that Baltoy was ready to battle.
