Misery shakes her head, trying to quiet the ringing in her ears left by the bomb, but she pauses only for a second. Without so much as a glance at Halen, the two of them surge forward in unison, moving to attack the grenadiers.

{Misery and Halen move forward enough to attack the grenadiers--Misery 15 ft, Halen 20. They each select a different target.}

{Misery has a +16 to hit, Halen a +20 after adjusting for Oulviina's spell effects.}

Delan, you notice a Mobile Redoubt equipped with a Siege Crossbow and Chariot Scythes below you, with one of the grunts manning the weapon and aiming at you.

Deciding to introduce his assailant to his viscera, Delan arched into a graceful corkscrew dive, Subtle Knife glinting in the light of battle as he raced down towards the gunner. As he reaches the enemy, he swings his blade with deadly efficiency, using the speed of his fall and his higher ground to strike.

{One charging attack with my weapon at the gunner, gaining a bonus for higher ground. Total attack bonus: +24, assuming the gunner is human. If he's an outsider, dragon, magical beast, or anything else covered by Knowledge Planes or Arcana, the bonus is +25.}

{Okay, damage roll, assuming a 38/39 hits. That's +12 damage. If I got my sneak attack, it'd be even meaner... That's 16 damage (17 damage if they're the Knowledge: Planes or Arcana creature types). If only I was flanking. sad }

Oulviina lets loose with a simple magic missile spell, each of the five missiles taking the form of a coruscating dragon composed of green flame. They all strike a single bomber, striking him repeatedly and dissipating in bursts of light as they connect.

Rage charges the mob of grunts, diving off of his pegasus and swinging in a brutal overhand chop with his blade the moment he comes within range.

{Rage makes a leaping charge attack off the pegasus, power attacking for a -5 penalty. That's a +19 to hit, and will do an extra +15 damage if he hits for a total of 2d8+29 (unless he crits...). He'll also get a second attack at +14 to hit, and a bite attack at +14 to hit as well. All the dice are for attack, crit confirmation if successful, respectively.

EDIT: Okay, that's a 22 on the first attack, a 19 on the second swing, and a miss on the bite.}

The grenadiers who were attacked are now massively dead; the sheer onslaught left them hardly recognizable.

Meanwhile, Delan has now effectively destroyed the gunner; there is an opening below the crossbow, and the corpse has a Bomb next to his body. The interior of the vehicle is a 10/10 square.
