I know both have their fans, so I'd like to have a poll to see which wins, my favorite, Star Trek, or Star Wars. If you don't have a favorite, you probably don't belong here. I'll put a poll whore thing any ways... Please don't get too scream with each other. This is a light hearted discussion.

You know I like both, but am truly a Star Trek lover. I was around when the first T.V. show aired. I am a member of two Star Trek Guilds.

Star Trek is the best, but only the old one. The newer ones are... lame. Star Wars is okay though.

I always liked the old Star Trek best. But I like Star Wars too... it's not a love one, hate the other thing.

i like star trek, but i like star wars better but not for it's story, rather for it's imaginitive races, many races in star wars don't look "humaniod" while in star trek most of them do. if there is life out there why would the resemble us as strongly as most do in star trek, star trek however does manage to contain the better story lines. so it's a toss up really it's just i like creativity in new races species whatever.

I had the same conversation with many of my friends. Both are good. I prefer Star Trek to star wars but i don't mind star wars. But i hate the show enterprise it just messed up the whole star trek universe.

Latti I had the same conversation with many of my friends. Both are good. I prefer Star Trek to star wars but i don't mind star wars. But i hate the show enterprise it just messed up the whole star trek universe.
One afternoon I did a trekker afternoon on invitation with a friend: was able to see Trouble with Tribbles [original Star Trek, of course -- after such a loooong time] and Enterprise -- which was a very good installment.
I love Scott Bakula's acting, and the rest of the cast is great, too.
Question: Which is the best Star Trek captain~ James T. Kirk or Jean Luc Picard? or ought I make this a poll question to discuss? heart

Oh I love them both and refused to choice so I went with poll whore LOL.
They're totally different so it's unfair to choice between the two for me.
HOWEVER - I only like Star Trek Next Generation.
