well i think you are able to see spirits or ghosts. if they are ghosts they most likely have trouble 'seeing the light' to cross over to the other side. if you want them to go away just tell them "you are dead now, you need to cross over" or something along those lines. if you can hear them talking to you (it'll sound like you thinking to yourself) see if you can ask them what they are here for. good luck

them speaking to you will sound like your own voice so if you get something in your head its either a spirit guide, a ghost, or your ego.
here is a discription of each:

~Ego: alot of negitive things such as: "i'm not good enough" or "this is immpossible for me"
~Spirit guides/Higher self: many positive things and insperation ideas like "go for it" or "everything will work out alright"
~Ghost: many questions and such

usually they don't talk, to me, but they love to make noises around me, but when they do talk inside my head its like i cant understand then its just giberish , and one seems to try to tell me something about the other, like a silent battle of words
i think they know im alive, and they know me by name

it could be a passed on relative or older family member/ancestor trying to talk to you

she did tell me something in a dream once, about another grandma thats still alive...... but it was disturbing, but i am not quite sure it was her, she was guiding me in the dream, but how do u know for sure
