"I'll Catch You" by The Get Up Kids. It surprises me every time I hear someone singing that song...
"Maps" by Yeah Yeah Yeahs really moves me. That damn video makes me cry for some reason...
"Boston" by Augustana moves me too (but not as much as "Maps")

My favorite song changes just about every day. It always is something by Kamelot though.
Other favorite bands are Iron Maiden, Blind Guardian, Gamma Ray, Megadeth and probably some more bands I forgot to mention.
