I'm going to kill my sister!
She's 19 1/2 and she's turned
retarded! Ever since she graduated
she's become such a worldly person
and I think she's doing drugs
because she is so stupid.

...Drugs show poor choice, not stupidity. People use drugs for escape. It's how our world is. If she just seems out of it a lot she might be doing them...

Maybe she's just confused and stuff. Just because she does some stupid things doesn't automatically mean that she's on drugs.

try to spend time with her and comfert her through hard times if she is useing drugs for escape she needs someone to count on

my clothes, not only my shirts and outter
clothes but my under clothes as well. She
can easily wear her own she has like
50+ undies! I don't wanna catch
anything so anytime I get my
undies back I have to
burn them.

Being fat has nothing to do with taking your clothes. Or else all the heavier people would be doing so.
Where does she drive, if I may ask? And if you don't like her wasting your gas, make her pay for the gas she wastes, I'm serious here, refuse to get more gas for her pleasure if she doesn't. Just pay enough for your trips every day.
