I take mine apart and use anti-static cleaning wipes to clean the keys and shake it upside down to get anything out that fell in. And I try not to spill my Dr. Pepper or coffee on it while playing battlefield 42 or battlefield 2 or day of defeat, as that tends to kill keyboards.

I just spill mountain dew on the rest. At least that makes it consistant.
